If you're talking about Peter Barber, just ask him, he is one of Tim's biggest fans, and he will be the first to say so, especially given Tim's holding of the note so long and the vocal closure that Tim achieves naturally, which is, frankly, remarkable and worth being in awe of.

The length of time he held it was also impressive!

I love watching these ladies (and a few gents) experience their first Timgasm!

To give you an idea, that G1 that Tim hits is 49Hz. Think about that, your ears hear 20Hz to 20Khz.

She talks about hearing that on a subwoofer system and it shaking everything. Can confirm. When they did this song on that one tv show I heard it then had to go find a clip to rewatch it. I ran an old school component home stereo system off my TV. 2 tower 15"s. I had everything in my bedroom and every adjoining room rattling. That note got down.

I have heard (and felt) this live and it is incredible. I was front row next to the subs and my whole body shook! Tim has shared some funny stories from over the years about what his low notes have caused.

Had the same experience. Front row, left side. I had talked to them before the show and when Tim walked up on my side I was like "oh yeah!".

As I was watching this, a large furniture moving truck was idling then drove away just outside my open window. The deep and low vibration that I heard and felt simultaneously made me wonder if Tim was at a truck stop one day and thought Hold My Beer… 🍺🍻

After watching this all these times, i just realized the Tim blew the fire out down to nothing and then it came back at the very end.

It's interesting how few can tell it's a growl. They're guessing fry or subharmonic. Don't get me wrong: it's a really resonant, strong growl, better than even most of Tim's. But you can definitely hear the quality change.

So is it the note G that the ladies like? I can play my accordion in the key of G. 😎

When Home Free competed on the 4th season of Sing Off in 2013, I believe it was the very first time that Home Free performed their arrangement of Ring Of Fire. I'm pretty sure of that, as there are sequences of Home Free coming up with the arrangement FOR the show. The "reaction" of the Sing Off judges is also pretty hilarious at their amazement of Tim hitting that note. I'm not a singer so I can't really sing as such but according to the app I downloaded the lowest I managed to produce when I went as low as I could was a G2. And holding that for any length of time was fricking hard. How he manages a full octave lower for 13 seconds or so I'll never understand.

Tim can confuse speakers with that note.. lets pause on that... His voice.. just his voice alone... Can kill... A SPEAKER.... Love that we have evolved so much that it gets to the point a mans voice alone can obliterate a speaker with no help needed.
