    Here are some fighter insights: Before diving in, I must express my admiration for both Inoue and Fulton. This is exactly what boxing needs! No malice is intended in the following analysis, only love and respect. These are merely observations based on their previous fights and individual styles. Inoue is an aggressive mid-range fighter who isn't afraid to take hits to land more, while Fulton's style is decidedly different. If this was at Bantamweight you have to favour Inoue he is an A+ Fighter. But what makes this fight so intriguing is it is at super bantamweight so the dynamics of this bout are much more interesting and how you view Fulton in this fight changes because of this. - Inoue is a genius in the ring. He can adapt to any situation just as he had shown in the first Donaire Fight, where he fought 3-7 on the backfoot with effective couter punching and amazing selection of wide hooks and effective footwork allowing him to place sharp left punishing jabs as well viscious quick sharp combinations showcasing a varied punch selection that is very hard to predict for his opponent. - Inoue often gets hit in fights, and this vulnerability could become more pronounced at a higher weight class (without a tune-up), potentially affecting him later in the match. -Despite this, Inoue is an effective counter-puncher. However, his counter-punching may not be as effective against a larger opponent, which means he'll need to counter more to achieve similar results. -Inoue possesses a powerful right hand, but its effectiveness at Super Bantamweight is uncertain. A good comparison is Danny Garcia vs Keith Thurman. Garcia moved up and his power was evident in the Thurman fight, but it didn't result in a knockdown. Still, he landed some impressive shots. -Once Inoue senses weakness, he's relentless. If he corners Fulton, he's likely to unleash a barrage. - Inoue is slightly shorter than Fulton and has a reach that's over 2.5 inches less, so he'll need to get inside and deliver effective short counters. He'll also need to aggressively close Fulton down to be successful in the fight. - We can expect Inoue to throw many body shots in this fight. If these are effective and slow Fulton down in the later rounds, it will indicate that his power has indeed carried over. -Inoue is a master of mid-range fighting. His effective aggression and ability to close gaps are exceptional. A tiny opening can allow him to land a devastating short right hook that could end the fight. - Fulton is an exceptional boxer, demonstrating considerable intelligence in the ring. Fulton wields a formidable jab. - Fulton is adept at countering from the ropes with a strong defense that enables a vicious body attack. However, it's risky to do this against Inoue unless in the later rounds, assuming effective body work has been done earlier in the fight. Inoue is superior at mid-range fighting. - Fulton excels at turning his opponents on the ropes (similar to Floyd Vs Pacquiao, where Floyd consistently turned his opponent on the ropes). However, how effective this strategy will be against Inoue remains to be seen. Inoue's power is intimidating-if he catches you on the ropes, it could be over! Overall: - Expect a mix of the above tactics in this fight. Both fighters will likely focus on a strong body attack early on, particularly Inoue and Fulton with his powerful jab. - We'll likely see Inoue closing the gap and pushing Fulton to the ropes in the middle rounds, but Fulton's reaction to this will be crucial. If Fulton can withstand Inoue's power, expect rounds 6,7,8 to be in the center of the ring. - Otherwise, Inoue will likely be pressing Fulton, landing aggressive hits while Fulton counters and moves. If Fulton's body attack is effective early in the fight, Inoue may slow down in the later rounds. Expect a lot of clinching, as Fulton will use his size to wear down Inoue and smother his power by being in close range (not mid-range) . Fulton is a clever fighter, so it's a sound strategy. However, it will be challenging to neutralize Inoue's counters and short right hooks from mid-range Two great fighters promise a great fight!

    Good write up. I should say, Fulton has been hit 670 times in his last three fights. He actually has very poor defense. Inoue should be able to land clean consistently, so if he has any power left, I really think Fulton will be knocked out.

  • @beazyboy1778

    @beazyboy1778

    @charfu I'm sure most of those hits came from fighting Brandon Figueroa inside like he did you have to put context to those numbers Figueroa landed 315, Daniel roman landed only 113, and Angelo leo who is a hard hitting brawler fulton fought him at leo own game Landes 262 fulton didn't have to fight that type of fight with leo but wanted to so he could show he could fight on the inside... now with Brandon Figueroa he had no choice but to fight inside Brandon is huge weight bully at that weight and fulton beat him at his own fight fulton can fight inside and outside and those 3 fights proves and shows he can fight in any style

Same with fulton, if he can take inoues shots then itll be a tough night for inoue also but inoue just has more precise fast punches so itll still go to scorecards for inoue neither way

    Everyone facing Inoue had a plan until they felt lighting and thunder coming at them. Until Inoue face someone with speed and power on par with him (Tank) he is tough to beat. Donaire got the equalizer in his left hook but it still wasn't enough because Inoue is more than a puncher.

    That's my sentiment as well. He'll only lose to someone that packs power, speed and explosiveness on par with him or in a much heavier weight class. The ability to explode, throw with power, mixing the combination and HITTING with accuracy. Oh yeah, and he forces fighters to back paddle as well. It's just hard for me to see someone beating him especially when we know he can take hits. He's like Pa-man mixed with Bud's explosiveness/athleticism.

    A few months ago, Tim said fultons inside game was weak. Then he really watched Fulton and studied him, now his whole demeanor on fultons inside game has changed drastically. He saw the pinning, he saw the framework, all the stuff that he missed the first study. I dunno if he was saying that shit to be biased before, but he has now come out and kept it real. This is why I say this is a VERY tough fight. I’m riding with Cool Boy, but there are some things inoue can take advantage of to pull this off. But if Fulton can take inoue’s power? It’s going to be a very long night. Inoue isn’t going to land 40% of his shots people, understand that Fulton is a very efficient defensive fighter. Its a combination of his strong legs, his speed and power and his technique! He will have power in his shots at any weight he goes to because he isnt some physical specimen that is just a freak of nature. he has the physical gifts mixed with the skill to deliver punches in the way he does.

    Here's the funny thing. Bradley was making a totally different prediction only weeks before this interview. He didn't even give Fulton the slightest of a chance to win back then. Bradley has been closely following Inoue's fights for years now, and he should know about Fulton a lot who fights in the US. His sudden change of opinion is flabbergasting. Only days before the fight he started accusing Inoue of cheating, and during the fight he was exaggerating Fulton's defense and downplaying Inoue's offense all the way. I wonder what's gotten into him.
