Few problems with that bro: 1. Ex pro fighters are too connected to the fighters and will have biases 2. The pay is not worth it for most if not all of them. The 3 judges for Manny vs Floyd made like $15,000 ( one source says 8, another says 20) 3. Can do more damage to their image than a current judge as they are more known

@Dave-nt8yt valid points, but the same can be said for current judges. Look at Adelaide Byrd. Since the Ex pros are more well known, they can be held accountable to a higher degree. 15k for a half hours work is not chump change, I know plenty of old fighters that could use that kinda payday. Obviously, you won't have Floyd Mayweather or anybody attached to a fighter in any way judging. They can bring in old ex boxers from the 80s or 70s that are further removed from current fighters. Any way you look at it, be better than they way things are done now.

Definitely didn’t beat the shit out of kambosos 😂 maxi was hit with enough big shots and more jabs than maxi hit kambosos with to sway the judges. Maxi boxed and looked better but just didn’t do enough against an A side brand new Top Rank boxer.
