Love the Tillotson and Comet I threw on my bike. I’ve been bustin’ them belts too.

One day whenever I can find a manual clutch for it, that is the route I want to go. 3D-Motorsport is the only one I know about but every time I check the site they are sold out.

I didn't trust that 1/4 inch thing so I went with an adjustable plate and a 30 series. The 223 will be back on this weekend, built a little bit and angry as heck! The 60t makes a big difference, if you pulled the governor get a super 30 series on there with the 60t and you'll love it!

Thanks for the tip! Been collecting parts to build up the Tillotson. Have prolly 3 boxes full now including the new rod, heads, cam and a Mikuni flat slide carb. After we put a few more hours on the stock Tillotson we plan on building it in the spring.

@@CampbellBrothersGarage yeah buddy! I love these bikes, super awesome to work on. The Pro-Taper bars I added made a big difference to as far as overall feel. Love the content guys!

@Knight Recon If you add an adjustable billet plate you can scoot the motor over to line up so that the driver gets more contact with the shaft.

@Knight Recon Hey I put a Predator 212 on my mb200-2 and same short shaft. I shifted the engine over 1/2" or so and now works great using stock convertor. I just made a couple videos on it. Check my channel.

I still don't quite understand how you got the CVT on because the Tilly I ordered for my mb200 the shaft is so short.! I have no idea why the output shaft is so short compared to the crappy stock engine it came with. All I'm trying to do is a simple 212 swap which also has the electric start. Please send advice!
