What people fail to realize is that all of them aren't eating all of the food...they film themselves putting it into their mouth and chewing and then spit it out into a bag or a trash can that is right under the table and then they edit all of that out...if you pay attention closely you can see where they are editing the videos

Ok, as an Asian, let me educate you a bit about some of the food eaten: Boneless chicken feet are a thing. Someone actually painstakingly removes all the bones before cooking and serving it. So no, she did not eat bones. The crunch you’re hearing is from the skin; it has a lot of collagen so it tends to get chewy and crunchy when cooked. Eating raw onions and raw vegetables (not just veggies like lettuce, but veggies that are commonly cooked such as green beans and squash) are a common thing, especially in this country I grew up in. What is NOT common tho is eating all those eggs. Yikes. I dont know how mukbang became so bastardized, it was a Korean thing where people broadcasted themselves eating to keep people who lived alone company. Now it’s devolved into whoever can eat the most in one sitting. It’s never been about the amount or type of food, but the companionship.

Don’t people eat raw vegetables everywhere around the world? I live in America but I’m from the caribbean and we eat raw vegetables both places. We also eat chicken and a lot of other animals feet in the caribbean but I never heard of taking out the bones, that sounds like a lot of work. Well, not everyone, some people simply can eat more than others. I used to be able to eat a hellish amount of food, like 3 whole pizzas before STARTING to feel full and I never had weight problems (I once went to a place where you can eat as much as you can just paying $50 to see my limit and it was around 5 whole pizzas). Anyway, basically, your stomach just expands a lot, it's flexible, and those people's stomach expands more than... Not the usual, but the people like that me in the past (because I can't eat that much anymore), those people actually train to be able to eat more. Also, there are some metabolic stuffs too. I can't eat that much anymore because at that time I was a growing teenager, and now I'm a fully grown adult. Also, I used to exercise more back then, so I had more muscles and I had better methabolism, and those people actually exercise a lot too to deal with the insane amount of calories they're ingesting and maintain an extremely healthy lifestyle in between those videos or food competitions

Something I don’t hear people talk about is how it stretches your stomach thus pushing on your other organs. One of them is your bladder. What I’m getting at is your bladder control becomes compromised cause the sensitivity of stretching and pushing on the organs becomes decreased. Happened to a family member cause they have an eating disorder. Made them pee the bed. :/

I kinda question if the food actually gets passed through their digestive system. I imagine they take the same approach as competitive eaters, they eat a ton, stretch out their stomachs, then send it all back up. Either way it ain’t good for them. 😔

@@keymepx4428 About the songs, to be fair most of them are about that we just don’t realize it. Most modern day music that is popular is going to be about relationships so there’s not really anything you can do to hide that from her especially because if they are anything like me and my peers when we were kids we didn’t know what we were singing about. Also because they’re five they’re going to like stuff typical for kids to wait hand stuff atypical. I wouldn’t worry too much about it right now although I understand how you may see it’s concerning just don’t let them repeat what other people are doing is what I would say ;) and because that’s your cousin if you really think it’s concerning tell her parents. Sometimes we’re only concerned because it bothers us not because it’s dangerous.
