Just a reminder to any who’ll crochet bags to use cotton yarns to avoid the handle from stretching like crazy! Acrylic yarns have more give and will stretch a lot more. If you don’t have any cotton yarns you can also place a strip of Jean fabric inside your bag strap to give it more support!

I once crocheted a small cute bag and I didn't even see a video tutorial I was just playing around and ended up crocheting a bag! I'm a beginner at crochet and looking for fun projects to make!!

When I started, I did a bunch of kitchen projects, like dishclothes, coasters and tea towels (cotton yarn is best) because you can practice a bunch of different stitches in squares and rounds

to any beginner- straps stretch a lot!! i personally crochet two straps and sew them together (like a tube ?) for more strength. you can even put a ribbon or cord through the tube and it wont stretch at all!!

I love crocheting! I’ve always wanted to make and sell bags that I’d made and I was hoping to ask my mom if we could sell them on her crafting business. I can’t say the name because the buyer usually comes over to pick up the items or we go to them so it’s mostly within the area kind of things because it’s all fragile stuff but I could earn some money from it! And I love crocheting in my spare time too.

The yarn the person used for the first brown bag, I used for my teddy bear :)

I saw some on hobby lobbies website. Lol I was looking for the same thing! It’s called “plastic canvas shapes” and I they come in all shapes; squares, circles, rectangles, etc.
