I'd buy one of those cups that would still be cheaper than a high-end Cup in a store local wherever it's at because look at this the brand Yeti those cups are almost $40 a piece I would definitely buy one of those cups and those yetis in some places are over 40 bucks so even with shipping anywhere almost it would be cheaper than a Yeti still

Your hearing the high frequency...makes that sound as soon as you hit the footpetal...sounds even worse when you speed up the video

Off topic here CB, my mig 200 when I'm using flux core, I'm normally welding 1/8 thick material. I use 030 wire and about 18v, and wire speed on 8, but unless I hold the gun right into the puddle, the wire stutters like crazy to the point its unusable. I'm using knurled roller (I had to purchase that separately my machine didn't come with one) and I even upgraded to the black torch. If I leave minimal stick out she's smooth, but I have a 130amp inverter synergic welder that's smooth whatever techniques I use. Any idea what im doing wrong?

So you mean you can take that same spool of wire out of the MIG 200 and put it in the other machine and it runs without any stutters? I know that the ARCCAPTAIN .030 flux core they sent me did not run good unless you run the stickout very short...I showed that in the part 2 review I did on that machine...but when I put Hobart Fabshield 21B flux core in it I could run it with a long stickout and it ran great so it was the wire and not the machine at all.

Cb, you might be correct about the wire. In my mig200 I'm running the large 4.5kg spool, my other machine I've the .45kg small spool of wire. I'll swap to the small spool and let u know the result
