You can absolutely bring the arm rests out on the Ticova chair, you just have to permanently set it with an Allen key. Anywhere there are slots instead of holes for bolts means it is adjustable. Even my 6'7 self has managed to find a really optimal setting.

I've had the Ticova for a month now. It's a decent chair. My gripes are that the seat cushion won't last long as it depresses quickly (I weigh 67kg). The headrest feels unnatural unless you're reclining. I have a nobles chair pillow around it which brings it out enough to support my neck while in the furthest forward position. That aside... it really is well built for the price. I can't say I've had any problems like I have with gaming chairs in the £400 range. I do wish there was more tension in the spring when unlocked though as my natural habit to lean back onto the chair (developed from gaming chair use with cushions) has me reclining unintentionally.

I got this chair today, for some reason I can’t adjust the seat to move forward away from back support. Are you having the same using? I saw your knees not being supported.

Use the gomblation screw. Slide the knob up and to the left and counter clockwise

@@stackerman2800the back support seriously seems extreme. It hurts my back so bad and I’ve sat on it for just an hour. If I could move the seat forward I imagine it might help but I’m confused on your instruction.

If you haven't figured it out, you have to pull the gas lever out -> as leaving it in locks the chair into the nearest recline position.

I don't understand why everyone loves this chair, I bought it and thought it was a complete disaster. It was uncomfortable and caused me pain after a while.

"Feels very premium, very hefty..." No, no it doesn't. I own one and it doesn't feel premium in any way. The build quality is very sus, I'm pretty sure something will break within a year or two. It's cheap and pretty comfortable, especially if you fix the lumbar support.

Do you know if the chair's base is made of wood? If it is, wooden bases often tend to be squeaky. Is it with this chair?
