Tibetan yoga | Full body exercise

གནས་སྦྱངས Nejang is a gentle healing yoga practice consisting of twenty-four simple physical exercises which use breathwork and self-massage to unblock the flow of blood and energy.
There are 24 sacred places in our body, by doing this full body exercise we unblock the blood and energy circulation.
Retain the breath (hold breath).
We rub and heat up our palms
Rub/massage:
1. our face
2. the scalp
3. the back of the neck
4. side of the neck
5. cross arms to massage the shoulders
6. kidney area/lower back
7. down the right leg,
8. up the back of the right leg
9. down the left leg,
10. up the back of the left leg
11. stomach (clockwise) and lower belly area
12. sides of the rib cage
13. breasts, both directions, and shake
14. right arm from the shoulder down and underneath up the arm (including the armpit)
15. left arm from the shoulder down and underneath up the arm (including the armpit)
16. bend over and exhale from the mouth with sound Haaa (detoxing mantra)
If retention is not possible, please be mindful of your own body. It is recommended to do this daily.

I would like to profusely thank you with deep gratitude. I was sent teachings in Nov from Kopan and your posts have corresponded seamlessly in order to support those practices. Since I am unable to be in Kathmandu personally you have given me clarity when and where needed. Blessings to you from my heart.

I stumbled upon your humble and wonderful. I'm wondering if you're the same lady who does some of the chanting that I've been listening to. I have some questions. For this practice to be effective is it necessary to do it all in one breath because I'm not able to do that? Secondly can you please tell me when you're doing it at a slower Pace without the retention, when do you breathe in and when do you breathe out? I find this practice to be really exhilarating. I was wondering if you could tell me what the health benefits and emotional and spiritual benefits are of this practice. I could Google it but I'd rather hear from you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
