You know what? Many people go abroad or even other places in their own countries with very strong personal judgements and sterotypes. This is why the videos made by them are boring to watch. But Trevor really brings these food and travelling videos to another level that is higher than others. He is so rescpectful and so willing to try any food regardless of culture, places, races and even the food quality. Some food clearly seems to be a little bit dirty (not in this video but some other), unhealthy or strange (like the raw beef paste here), but Trevor is still happy to try it out. This is such a good personality. I know I cannot do this but I am so happy to watch.

Tibetan China looks rich and peaceful, I'm excited. I didn't know yak is eaten in the country, I wish I had the opportunity to taste it, I've heard for years that is high in calories but very healthy. Thank you Trevor for this adventure, China is one of the original places humanity created civilization and watch that the country is culturally diverse (muslim, tibetan, communist, traditional, modern, global,) it's great. Tea from China, chopsticks from China, the Chinese button knot on Tibetan dressses originated from China, Tibet laping originated from China liangfen, Tibet tea was introduced by Chinese princess, Tibetan language belongs to sino-Tibetan language, sino means Han Chinese. Tibet momo, influenced from China, eating, dressing, and etc were all influenced by China, Tibet instrument, erhu, or piwang, from China, why Tibetan use chopsticks to eat? Instead of hands?

This is a good rule to apply not just at the temple or where you are a guest, but life in general. There are hungry people everywhere and many die from the lack of food.
