Very interesting, in times where medicine is a business and people need true wellness, this is a true gift to our bodies and minds.

I don’t understand how people dislike this. This Tibetan yoga technique involves synchronisation of both body and mind. There is more to it than just the body movement, the harder part is to open the chakaras. I think to begin with we should perfect the body movement. Thank you Geshi la, you are a great instructor.

Thank you so much for teachings. I feel so good after doing the exercises. I am only not completely sure about the path of inhalation- you inhale through the nose and the breathing energy flows along the meridians over your head, down and parallel the spine until it reaches the central canal entrance opening in the pelvic floor centre and then enters the central canal and stops at navel level or 3,75 cm below the navel ? Grateful for clarifications. D.

I need advice regarding specific practices in Bon because I am not an expert and I know that there are thousands of practitioners :) I am interested in four areas 1 - It is about cleansing places and people, from negative influences, also "ghosts" other beings etc (but also attracting positive energy and beings.) Also Phowa...for the dying/for us, recently died 2 - Healing - physical body, emotional and mental ailments, cleansing and unlocking chakras, karma etc. 3 - financial dimension, attraction of prosperity (prosperity can of course be understood more than money but...mainly financial) 4 - something for myself, work with the mind, nature of the mind Sleep and dreaming / Sleep yoga, practices that allow you to maintain awareness in phase before dreaming What are the most essential, powerful and possible to perform by Westerners, with a lack of time, practices from these four groups?

Very dangerous practice to put on youtube, the downward rlung must be stabilized before bringing it upwards and it must be done under the supervision of a qualified teacher or you risk very serious mental health difficulties and disease unless you can drop into the splits and bounce up again, James Brown style. Tibetan practice is very dangerous for Westeners because of how we use our hips (chairs, toilets) for many generations. I would take this down immediately rather than risk being responsible for very seriously damaging my viewers.

and who do you think will watch and actually do this correctly people who know have taken tea lung and practiced like myself or the public. Even if you try to imitate the movements etc. you need a teacher this video is mostly for practitioners as a reference and a bit of a introduction sample for the interested. So I would not worry too much. Furthermore your idea that westerners hips etc are different because they sit in the chairs is wrong, there are many westerns who are capable sitting in full lotus since they re children so be careful about making vernal statements

Ho ho ho! "u ABSOLUTELY MUST HIAVE TEACHR OTHERWISE dis egercice bad ro u" Wow, wew. i am so ded. good thing i take all my spiritual advice from the youtube comments section. Especially about what others are and aren't qualified to teach. The Geshe gave the instructions for how to do the outer practice! *Anyone* can pick up the book from Tenzin Wangyal called Awakening the Sacred Body, which has further instructions for practice. Regardless as to if you have met a teacher to guide you in person, these exercises are beneficial. They will produce some results. If you're able to meet a teacher and receive instructions great. The better for you. Everyone else can make a connection and learn the outer practice here. How fortunate for us. Wouldn't it be nice if Dharma practitioners acted less like greedy treasure hoarding yakshas, and acted more like beneficent Dharma treasure protecting yakshas, eh? I mean c'mon if the teacher makes the teaching public, there it is. Who are y'all to say "There can be no benefit from this practice for others, because I was told to keep it secret." Part of keeping *your practice* secret is for your benefit, so that you don't loose the blessing of your teacher's teaching through *you becoming conceited*. Let the teacher teach, and let the students humbly practice.
