Ownership reviews like this are the reason why Maruti sells so many cars in India. The only area Tiago does better than Ignis is better safety and looks. Where Maruti does better is , fuel efficient silent petrol engine with bullet proof reliability. Maruti K series engines are probably the best small car engines, Tata revotron engine on the hand is neither refined nor fuel efficient. owner of this Ignis has run thousands of kms on both CNG and petrol and still the car runs like a champ without any power loss. The engine still sounds refined and silent . Maruti makes simple cars with simple electronics that last for years without major maintenance. Icing to the cake is excellent petrol engines with good fuel efficiency.

@@gearedtorule i never questioned there engine reliablity for aure there engines are good the only problem with maruti is to increase fuel efficiency of there car they use cheaper and lighter material which could be very dangerous if someone faces a major accident

Ignis design is love or hate design. Ignis is one of the best cars from maruti. Engine performance of ignis is best in its segement. Ignis much much better & premium than celerio.

I have tiago 2022 model it's awesome no negatives in my car at all abhi bahut improve hogaya hai tiago model noise aati hi nai bas ignition on me thora awaaz aata aur woh koi dikkat wala chij nai aur 3 cylinder hoke bhi shocked hu pata hi nai chalta engine noise and comfort toh bolna hi nai music system bhi bolne ka nai jabardast hai aur capacity me bhi maine 4 log ko peche adjust kardia hai space bhi improved hai aur safety and build quality toh tata ka bolna hi nai hai. Mai jo bola apna experience se and always tata❤❤

I have also Tiago xt 2018 model with cng. City average is 160 and highway average is 200+. Same issue with my cng setting but after some tunning the problem is solved.

Ravi bhai i want to mentioned ine thing here...every car has its own good and bad points....and they exponentially grow due to personal requirement, geographical condition.....but 80% customer wrong experience comes after he avail services from service centre.... Morale of the story is AFTER SALE SERVICE IS BASE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.... Manufactures should invest more in after sale service .....

i have my ignis zeta..n i love my ignis..its look attracts.. Ritzs' look was bad for all... ignis is better than celerio,kwid,wagan R,santro..even tiago..but not so popular among also maruti lover..

Suzuki makes cars with rock solid mechanicals. Absolutely no doubt. Ownership experience is unmatched. People including me are buying Tata but it doesn't takes much time to realise that hype aside, products are actually much inferior. Issues, may be small, but are too frequent in Tata. And I don't think they are working to address issues. Cars are coming with same issues what they used to have 3 years ago.

I have a BS6 Tiago and I agree with lot of points mentioned in this video. Maruti's Engine and Gearbox are far better than Tata's Engine and Gearbox. Refinement, Vibration, Smoothness and transition during Gear changes. Does this mean Tiago is bad? No, but it is not on the same level as Maruti's and Hyundai's competing cars as of now that is for sure.

I love the design of ignis though

Tiago has much better torsional rigidity as compared with ignis/wagonr/swift/baleno. This point no one mentioned in any review. Tiago can handle much more power. But NVH refinement and reliability it can't match with the maruti products. This is my personal experience as my family switched from Wagon R to Tiago.

New wali ka design bahut mst lagta h.. specially zeta k upar k variant, sigma me bhi roof spoiler lgaa lo, mst dikhti h..

Thanks God they chose a mildly safe Suzuki car than Wagon-R and baleno!

Reason for it's peppiness is it's low weight. Agar yahi engine Tiago mein mile Jaye to almost same performance milega. Although thoda refined hai engine ignis ka. But pehle ki Tiago k comparison mein abhi ki Tiago refined hai..

Second generation Swift came with the same K series 1.2 engine. That car used to weigh 1000 kgs, same weight as Tiago. It was so peppy and fast that cars from a segment above could not catch up. Even the current Baleno weighs as much as a Tiago , even though the 1.2 dualjet engine on current Baleno is tuned for mileage compared to the original 1.2k series in Ritz/ Swift, it will still leave the Tiago in dust when it comes to outright performance, refinement and fuel efficiency. Tata Diesel engines are good but petrol engines are not .And Btw, the refinement difference is not thoda , it's day and night. Even the Hyundai 1.2 Kappa engine is also much better than the Revotron

@@iamajustababa2000s I have never tried any 0-100 stunts in my life . Performance and peppiness is not only about 0-100 , it is about keeping pace with the traffic. A peppy engine makes a lot of difference in everyday commutes. Slow cars are a pain to drive in traffic and 2 lane highways.

Ignis is one of the worst products from maruti.

When someone love their car, they love everything about it. 60° and 70° is too much

Kuch jyada difference nahi hai dono ki weight me, bas 100 kg ka difference hai. Dusri baat, mileage aur refinement weight se jyada engine pe depend karta hai. Waise to Baleno ka weight tiago ke weight jitna hi hai par same engine wahan bhi achi mileage deti hai. Just learn to accept the fact and appreciate which is good in suzuki.
