@@babbisp1 Sorry that I never saw this! I don't think anyone else has finished all of play+ in one sitting. It'd be cool to see another run of it, but I don't really blame people for not doing it as it's exhausting, and a single death can cost a ton of time. Although I wasn't high scoring, I probably could have gotten all S ranks without losing any time, so that one's on me lol. Mostly A ranks due to mistakes Also if you're wondering about the start of the 6+ boss, my ps4 controller disconnected because the charging ports on those things are not great. Pretty fortunate timing for me since I didn't have to play anything there, but when I turned my controller back on, my full name showed up :D I didn't care for a while, but when the video started getting a lot of views (thank you all) I decided I'd use youtube's blurry-whatever feature to censor it

Watching this after a max score run was really interesting. There are more differences between a score run and a time run than I thought.

Definitely! Score runs are much more precise and strategic, but this was a true test of endurance!

Thanks a lot! Good luck on your run, you easily have the skill for it. I do think ending the run on the last input would make more sense. I never thought about it much since nobody else had a play+ run

Thanks! Honestly in some of the later levels, I had to choose opportune times to blink, lol. Eye strain is probably the biggest reason I haven't done another full run of this game

Thanks! Yeah, it's generally safer to skip them so I don't have to slam on panels as often, which creates bonus panels. If I slam on the glowing bonus panels, I lose time. Though I did go for a lot of rings near the end of sections of Levels 7 through 9 for fun

No thumping on tiles? Still cool though! Very cool! Edit: just found out that it's a speedrun oops! This was the coolest thing to do though!

@@charlkannel Yeah, on some of my favorite segments of Levels 5 and 7 it was hard to resist. If bonus thumps didn't pause the game and cost time I would've tried to be fancier

I was wondering why you weren’t flying much at first but then I thought about how it adds short amounts of time each time you do so (or at least on the ones that give you more points)

On Play+ mode, having a 3x or 4x multiplier makes the game play at faster speeds, so missing blue notes or taking damage breaks the multiplier and slows the game back down

I’m here watching him going straight S and I can’t even pass level 1-11

What do pro thumpers actually focus on when playing? Cuz I cant hear the sound qs half the time and a lot of parts are unreactable when relying on sight.

Yep! If you slam down on the attack notes of boss phases, you can break through a boss shield and still hit an attack. This also yields 2 bonus pads
