Nice choice going for that 6/8 time signature. The boss for this level was fantastic too, as well as the overall design!

So I'm just now finding out about custom thumper levels and on top of that that you can have multiple bosses in the same level AND your can have ramps even on the inward curve 😵 Amazing work!

Lots of unique things going on with this one. The zoom in on the boss is something I didn't even know you could do with the level editor. What's with the broken lane switching that appear in the boss' 3rd and 4th phases? Is there a special timing to those turns or can you hold it going into them? I'm guessing you can do an early hold since it wasn't making the perfect turn pinging sound. I guess my question is if it has mechanical implications or if it's just an aesthetics choice? It does look cool. Same question with some of the long turns you have here where the beetle doesn't appear to actually be leaning.

Ok so for the long turn, all you have to do is to (turn once) then your safe from the turn and can continue hitting thumps without doing anything. For the (lane switch) the game will automatically teleport you to the other side (when you turn) if not you will be damaged but still teleport to the other lane. kind of weird but it works. ;) oh Ya a bonus one for you, the level editor has a camera feature that I was just playing around with, then had an idea to make a scene for the boss lol.

@@zwest8732 The camera is great! It was a very dramatic way of introducing the boss and making it feel more like something you were actually fighting and not just another level. I love the standard base game way of introducing bosses with the inverted pyramid appearing but there's no reason to stick to that convention with custom levels.
