Best line out of the whole movie, I thought, was this: "How much is it worth to have a clear conscience?"

I always enjoyed Pale Rider and High Plains Drifter. In many ways they're parallel stories. Communities plagued by the sinful who find Judgement through the actions of a protagonist with supernatural origins. Were they men? Or were they something else,..in the shape of men? Recognize, it's an honor to the Lord to take the form of his children and make 'corrections.'

My Brother is the man standing on the right side of the door as the other man comes out.

My Brother Charles was one of the bad guys in this film.

Hall would later go to law school and join the New York DA's office.

I've always struggled to rank the films of Clint Eastwood,weather he is acting in or directing in or both. What i will say is the films i don't like i can count on one hand.❤

Pale Rider

This moview was a shamelyss imitation of the famous "Shane"! I've watched both a dozen times or more! Thanks for the synopsis, well done!

Similar to Shane but not better.

Love this movie, however it's just a remake of High Plains Drifter, both movies revolve around an Avenging Ghost of a man killed by the ending antagonist, both movies has the protagonist separating the antagonists and then taking on the head antagonist in the end and then disappear into the background

If you left out that goddamned "AI" voiceover or just shut the hell up, entirely, this would have been a whole lot better. This dependence on "AI' is going to turn out to be much akin to the EV push.
