Thrift shops are very common in the US. I know when I first moved away from my parents to live on my own I would go to thrift shops to find things that I needed. It was very helpful when I was first starting out on my own. Now I always try to donate items to my local Goodwill so that others can benefit from it the way that I did when I was younger.

In Northern Europe people dress there thinking about sustainable living. This is one of those many similarities Americans and Ukrainians share: for us it’s a matter of personal savings, and who cares about anything that has nothing to do with our wallets today.
Such nice people, living a simple happy life. Much respect and best wishes to all Ukrainian people from Canada.

Pavlo and Luba, I love the way you live life. You are simple, humble, and inspiring. Stay the way you are.
Luba is so beautiful! Everything she tries on looks gorgeous on her!
Dear Pavlo and Luba, I love you guys and your videos. We in Australia hear a lot about Ukraine because of your agriculture and Russia causing trouble. You are so genuine , kind and proud of your country. And Luba is so stunning looking and friendly. I wish you well so for goodness sake get married!!!
I think it is great that you show real life. Buying second hand is smart. When I was young I shopped in second hand stores out of necessity. Now I buy things second hand because I learned. Buy one shirt for $60 or ten shirts for $20. My cars, cookware, tools, clothing, so on and so on. Durable goods like tools and cookware were made better in the past anyway. This leaves money for things that are important to me like travel. Great videos, I really enjoy them.
I live in the US and as I watch I can’t help but notice all the similarities! I still shop thrift stores, love them! They’re not just for poor people, but for smart people who don’t like wasting their hard earned money…people such as you! If you ever come to the US, just pop into a local thrift shop and you’ll realize its practically the same experience! Love you both and love watching your videos 💖
I still wear ‘second hand’ clothes purchased from ‘thrift stores,’ though no longer ‘poor.’ As everything cheapens, the quality of ‘used clothes’ is often better than new! I’ve come to love Ukraine because of you, two.. Stay strong ~
In the eastern USA we even have a children’s second hand store chain called “Once Upon a Child” (most of our fairytale stories begin with the phrase “once upon a time there was a...”, so the store name is a pun). This store will pay for and sell used clothing, school uniforms, toys, baby furniture, books, strollers (prams), etc. A lot of times you can find items never used. Parents often buy new children clothes for the next summer or winter season but discover that their child has grown and can no longer fit the clothes. We go there often to sell and buy clothes-mostly school uniforms. Kids are expensive! Haha
people watch and subscribe to your channel because your a great people! Your humbleness ,honesty and simplicity of life is the reason why we watch. Stay humble as a couple. Cheers!🥂
Thanks for bringing us in the fitting room!
Simple and humble way of live! Those words are quite disappeared in Switzerland! Great respect to you and your country!
Watching a few videos of you guys, made me to think more and appreciate more what I have here in the USA. I am married to an Ukrainian from Kiev and I always tell her to be thankful for what we have. Keep up with the good videos.

They did not answer, my most favorite thing to do in Ukraine is listen to the street musicians in the summer time while drinking coffee or some nice Ukrainian beer , or drinking many of the fine custom Ukrainian beers you have.
my country was like that when i was growing up. with farmers selling their good on the street side now everyone runs and everyone is stressed and well the faceless malls are everywere ... nice video! :)
You guys are extremely charming. Thanks for the marvelous insight into your lives and culture.
So very humble both you and your lady God bless you and all the people of Ukraine from the Caribbean with love
Here in Australia we call the second hand shops opp shops 😊
If youtube should ever rate the most beautiful couple, you guys would win! Thank you so much for sharing ur life! You got a beautiful country too!
@6:58 we love it bro. Cannot wait to see more good times like this with you 2 in the future 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thanks for showing the real life of Ukrainian people. Your Chanel is very informative. You should teach your girl friend English so we can hear her perspective on everyday life. Thanks for sharing your life with us.
I think Luba would make a grain sack look beautiful 😊😊 In Australia we have secondhand shops, Vinnies (Saint Vincent De Paul), Sammies or Good Sammies (Good Samaritan) and the Salvos (Salvation Army)
I love, love, love going to Thrift stores or as some people call it the second hand stores. I always take something out to re-purpose or a few items of clothing for use when I work so I don't muck up my nicer threads.
Please take care of Luba. She is definately a keeper! Wish you well in these unfortunate times 🙏🏻
In England we have second hand stores often run by charities. People donate clothes, books, and household items. Others buy them and it makes money for the charity. I have bought some some designer shirts by Hugo Boss, Ted Baker, Jeff Banks that would cost £50 to £80 new. You can buy them for around £5. We also have stores that sell vintage clothing. You can buy 1980's levi jeans but they can be expensive. A friends Daughter works at a shop selling 1930's & 1940's clothes. Ladies clothes are really popular and expensive. Burlesque dancers buy them! I am in the UK.

You are missing the point here. They buy second hand items not because they are designer brands or vintage or cool in some way. They buy them because in their country not many people can actually afford buying new stuff.

Hi Pavlo, I think there are second hand shops in every country, also weekend markets are popular here as well in Australia. Nice to see Luva more comfortable with the camera and smiling, having some fun with the channel. 🤩
Yes! We have lots of second hand stores and love shopping in them
Yes, we call them charity shops in London. Lots of people buy clothes from these shops. Greetings and good luck from London
Yes we have many second hand stores, we call them 'thrift stores' it is very popular! 😀
I love thrift stores and shop in them often. The one you're in looks really nice and has a big selection.🙂
Not much people on the street unbelievable i love quite place like your country side what a beautiful place well done guys I love it
Hi Pavlo! We shop at thrift stores here in Canada too! I hope you and your family are safe today my friend. God bless you.
We shopped in second-hand stores my entire childhood. After my brothers and I got older we took on odd jobs around the neighborhood and were allowed to buy clothes and shoes from retail stores with the money earned. 😉
Yes we have second hand clothing often sold in “thrift stores” there are some often in bigger towns or cities who vary the prices as you described dropping them as the week goes on
In England we call such shops Charity shops. They raise money for charity. They look smaller and more respectful as not everything could be allowed to sell. Most of them look like vintage boutiques. And those who buy there do not feel sorry for themselves apart from new rich people. They are the only who feel embarrassed to buy there. But the rest are happy and only boast when they find expensive clothes for small amounts of money. I buy myself and very proud of it as I help lots of charities and save money and look smart in the second hand clothes. My English friends do the same. 😀
Priviét !!)You are Amazing People..I admire your Simplicity and your Positivity !!!...Love from Germany🇩🇪..I hope to visit Ukraine one day.. Thank you for your Videos !!! )
Amazing stores! Here in Stockholm, Sweden many people want to buy second hand clothes, but it is very expensive. Sometimes more expensive than new things from H&M or Zara. Love from Sweden, we pray for you! 💙💛🙏

Some clothes in second hand are top level quality above new ones ... Like in electronics market.
Your lady makes second hand clothes look 👀 great 👍🇦🇺
Same here in the Philippines there is a lot of "Thrift Store" Night Market, the local called here "Ukay Ukay" 2nd hand clothes its cheap but one thing i like, there is a lot of Branded clothes that why i like to buy.
Such a humble and kind person pavlo and your gf. I really love your simplicity and your life style. And to be honest your gf is so caring and understanding person as well as beautiful. I wish the two of you stay happy forever. And not forgetting second hand clothes is common in India and I live in India.
I love thrifting! You have to dig though a lot of junk sometimes but I have found some wonderful treasures: a beautiful LL Bean wool sweater, a vintage Coach Stewardess bag, and a piece of Norwegian Figgjo Flint ceramics are probably my favorite thrift finds.
2nd hand stores are very common in the U.S. "vintage' clothing shops are very popular too.
Second hand clothing stores are super fashionable here in UK. It is a proud moment to show off your "new" old clothes from a bargain or charity shop. A very good statement that you are looking after the planet too. This is the favour of the middle class more intelligent parts of society, the young and very rich often do not care how or where clothes were made. I look forward to seeing many more of your videos . Keep up the great work .
Good vibes from you two guys. You deserve each other im happy to see you guys still kicking
Pavlo, your videos are so interesting, thank you for giving us a “window” into daily life in Ukraine. I can see the pure happiness you share with your Luba (and she can make any clothes look nice!) From here in the UK I am wishing you both peace, health and happiness in 2022!

I always shop second hand as an American woman. I live in a big urban area and we have consignment shops in addition to thrift shops. Consignment shops have higher-quality and more selective inventory (high end mall and designer). I hope Luba bought the V-neck dress. So hard to find classy and basic pieces these days. Also goes to show we all live the same and we are not as different as people believe us to be.
🖐 Pavlo. Yes in Australia we have these shops. Mostly run by volunteers for charity. Poor people buy but also more wealthy people also to save money but for re-cycling and environment too. These shops also sell other items such as books, cooking items & toys
