Whoever plays lead guitar in this band is absolutely wonderful. Every solo I hear from Threshold is amazing, and that guitar tone makes it sound like the notes are melting, it's amazing.

It's Karl Groom. Not famous because he does nearly only Threshold-stuff and nearly nothing else. And with Richard West (Keyboards) the constant in Threshold's lineup. www.metal-archives.com/artists/Karl_Groom/7526

I would consider Johanne as a constant member as well. Although he's not an original member, he's been with the band for 17 years and has recorded 7 albums with them. The only drummer to record more than one album with Threshold was Mark Heaney...and he only did two.

Today Johanne certainly is a costant - and great - member and has influenced the band for many years. And he is of course THE drummer of Threshold. Nevertheless he wasn't there in the early phase of the band and e.g. can't be heard on "Psychedelicatessen".

Unbelievable how, no matter what vocalist is singing, the songs seems to be made with the singer in mind. It just clicks perfectly.

I will miss Damian but wow Glynn sounds terrific here! Great song guys!

Excelent voice choice for the band.

One thing I really like about Nuclear Blast is their diversity. They can unveil new tracks by Thresholds and Belphegor on the same day.

Has been passed twenty years asking for Glynn Morgan. He is back! The band is complete now!

I'll miss Damian a lot, he's always been my favorite Threshold singer. But after this, I'm really looking forward to hearing more of Glynn in the next album!

Nice Psychedelicatessen flashback! The track is super solid, Glynn's vocals as great as used to be. THRESHOLD still got it!

This album is a masterpiece! Just perfect!

This album is a modern prog masterpiece.....these guys keep writing great songs and producing great music......

Man this chorus is probably one of the best out there IMO. So much emotions going on!!

This band has NEVER produced a disappointing album. And they never will. Cannot wait for Legends Of The Shires.

Masters of prog metal, they can do it all and tie all the influences together into an incredible distinctive sound. So happy they are getting more recognition and acclaim after producing outstanding music for over 2 decades.

Bravo, THRESHOLD!! You are one of THE BEST progmetal bands ever on this planet!! P.S. RIP, Mac!!! You are was the true wonderful singer! We remember and love you forever!

Just discovered this band about a month ago and can’t stop listening to them. I hope this current lineup remains together.

Ever since Psychedelicatessen I was longing for Glynn's return. Now I know it was worth the wait. Every Threshold singer was great in his own right, but Glynn made the biggest impact on me, especially on stage. Saw him two times with Threshold and one time with Mindfeed, it was in one word: AMAZING! Welcome back Glynn!

First time listening to this band, brilliant, I love it

I wasn't all too familiar with Glynn's voice since I got into Thresh with Mac but man, this is amazing. I hear bits of Roy Khan in his tone at times. Fantastic song, too. Can't wait for this album to drop!

Just listened to Psychedelicatessen for the first time and wow what an album! Glynn is amazing and having heard this video again makes sense that Glynn is back. I cannot wait to hear the entire new album!

Been listening to hard rock for over 50 years. Always looking for a hidden gem that I missed. I found one in Threshold about 10 months ago. Can't believe why these guys were never followed back here in the USA.

I really like it. :) Glynn Morgan's vocals are terrific. I loved Psychedelicattsen, so this album will probably hit me greatly. Damian is still on another level, but this album will be amazing i am sure.

I agree. Don't mean this to be insulting to many other peog bands but some of the Euro prog like Circus Maximus, Pagans Mind, Fates Warning all basically sound the same but absolutely no band sounds like Threshold. They sound so unique and have their own style. They have gone more prog past few albums but still their signature style is still there.

Damian, Mac and Glynn: all three great voices for Threshold sound. See you 28th november De Bosuil Weert

I've never been a fan of Damian voice with Threshold, Mac was unique but i think that Glynn fits them very well. Love that song....some elements of old Threshold with a sound reminescent of Dead Reckoning.

Eric Therrien It's weird because I like Damien's voice but it gets annoying very quick. Mac was my fav.

Wow! Threshold can't fail a single album! They are always a quality assurance! This track is amazing, it's complex but still with a song's structure and it reminds a lot the Prog of the 70's and Pink Floyd, thr melodies are great and Glynn is such am amazing singer and his come back is one the best thing occurred in Metal in the last decade!

@@DavidMajors He seems to have got better over the years he's sounding fantastic now, has a little more to his delivery not sure what it is. Maybe it's better production not sure but Glynn is really on form on this album and the live footage I've seen been brilliant. He's who should have been back after Mac tbh.

@@t1000v20 Personally, I think Glynn's work on Psychadelicatessen is amazing. A perfect balance between Damian & Mac, delivering the most expressive vocal performance in the band's history. Production on that album is also by far the best they've ever had. Sadly. Ever since Karl Groom discovered midi around Subsurface the albums started to sound thin. But this has improved a lot on the last two albums they've done - I think Karl had to make the sound heavier and fuller when Glynn came back with his baritone voice

Liking the sound of this after a few listens adjusting to Glynn's voice. I think Glynn combines the best elements of Damian and Mac, so I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the album and seeing them in London. I'll miss Damian as he was an excellent frontman for the band (and live too!) but Glynn sounds really good here!

This is another great song. Can't wait to hear the whole album. Threshold never disappoints. Glad to see Glynn Morgan back. Although I think Damian did a great job on the last two albums (much better on his first couple with the band) I think Mac and Glynn just do the vocals better.

necroplastful You too man, good to see a fellow melodic-metalhead with great taste:) Andrew singing this.. that would be heaven. and I guess he do sing this in heaven- rip. I miss Damian too though, this is perfect vocal-lines for him. But Glynn does a great job aswell, so it's all good. And the song is spectacular. Can't wait for this album!

Love this. The entire album is great. As usual Threshold delivers fantastic lyrics as well. Still miss Damian Wilson though. For me March of Progress is still their best album.

I had the pleasure of meeting these guys backstage at the HRH progressive rock festival. Glynn was as sound as a pound and his voice is far better suited to sing the Mac stuff than Wilson in my opinion. New album is absolutely beefing and i wish I'd listened to it more before I saw threshold at HRH. Top drawer 👍💪
