Good tutorial. For me Option 2 is the best.

I cannot begin to describe how timely this video is and how much I appreciate you making it cause hot DAMN was vegas being a butt by constantly crashing on me when I attempted to use the slow-motion video fx. I almost lost my mind lol

i am using vegas pro 17, but can't find the slow motion fx..anyone have same issue?

Is this Vegas 17 only methode better than render with twixtor ?

When I try to do the slowmo effect it takes 4 minutes to calculate a 15 seconds video game clip. Also when I do the preview it skips frames and lag a lot. I use Ryzen 9 12c. 32gb ram 3200. And uses a m.2 ssd. Any ideas of what could be wrong ? Any settings or anything ?

I'm looking into similar questions and will hopefully have a video soon with possible solutions. It could be a number of things. If you're doing 60 fps it's got twice the frames to render

@@TechDiveAVCLUB a-ha that makes sence. And yes I am doing 60 FPS. Also sometimes Sony Vegas does not respond.. for me that is unlogical due to my specs. Except for one my ssd which is a p1 crucial nvme Could it be too slow ? Also right now I am editing of the same disk as my windows is (getting a new disk soon). Could that also cause some of these problems ?

Place the entire clip in the left corner at the beginning of the program. Somehow even selecting, Vegas calculates the empty space. Google Translator

i didn't watch the whole video so im sorry if you covered this but how can you make slow motion look smooth even on 30-60 fps because it is very choppy with just regular slow mo

Lots o links in the description!

Lots of people use gopro cameras and they can all record higher than 30fps. Dont ever use 30fps if you want to do slow motion, it will always look like crap

Using 240fps here. Sooooo smooooth.

it's laggy as fuck with both 3 options and I used a 25k thousand camera.. i'm done
