Three Toed Box Turtles

While at the Missouri Wildlife Rescue Center we got to learn about their facility and their work to rehabilitate wildlife and got a chance to meet a couple of three toed box turtles. Anyone who has watched by channel knows, I love turtles........

Where I live I don’t see a whole lot of box turtles and it is sad

My box turtles love eating fruits
And they say the easier job is caring for a turtle. Look how slow they are... No wonder the tortoise won the race with the hare.

Their faster then that
can they be fed the chicken bones? I make chicken broth in pressure cooker, bones become very soft.
