It is so different how people experience these sauces. In the original videos, the guests often start crying and commenting on the spice relatively early. So I was actually pretty disappointed when I tried the challenge myself and didn't find the sauces very bad - until Da Bomb, at least (that one IS bad). Also, it MIGHT have something to do with what they're eating the sauce with? Maybe the hot wings are easier on the mouth than the vegan wings? nuggets? they used with Lewis.

Ross has produced music under a DJ alias (where he gets his gamertag from). Trott and Smith are both handy with guitars but Smith has a hell of a voice as well. As far as I know Smith was the only one actually in a named band though.

Akamiso is red miso. It has a much stronger flavour than the white miso (shiromiso) you typically find at Japanese restaurants overseas. I personally prefer shiromiso.
