What is the spirited part of the soul like? It is the part which experience emotions , it is a part of god . What is justice in the soul? How is it like justice in the ideal city? Justice in the soul is right balance ( order ) of the tree parts of soul . How is it like justice in the ideal city -- Here justice is right order of classes also when there is philosopher king who keeps these classes in balance through choosing people according to their classes. Thus preventing injustice.

I meant Socrates, the character in the dialogue. Probably Plato, the author, holds the same view.
