I remember when it was announced to be built and some memory of it's construction, as I'm elderly. Been watching the weather for most of my life as I've lived in many places. We live in a totally closed system, so somethings got to give and keep giving all over the place.
It will happen, because it’s just a matter of time. Chinese will withhold the true information. Even when people are killed, They will never tell the real amount of fatalities and injuries
