It sounds good with deeper voices because this song requires power, and the deeper your voice is the more power youre gonna use to hit the note, I'm a bass, and I can hit that note but it just requires so much energy, that gives power to the voice

This is one of my favorite songs and everytime I hear it it reminds me of all the things I went through this song has helped me so much it stopped me from taking my own life on multiple accounts. This cover brought me to tears today I woke up from a bad dream it felt so real. In the dream the love of my life hated me and left me and hit me I woke up super depressed today not only from that but from missing my grandpa. what guitar do you use? i'd use a good microphone instead of the guitar pickup or even better: use two tracks and mix them together in the best way possible.

jasonruaya you need an audio interface (e.g. i use the "rme fireface uc") and a recording software. if you are a beginner i'd recommend a free software like 'audacity'. otherwise there are other more professional possibilities like pro tools, cubase, logic... whatever you're comfortable with. you can improve your results by recording your guitar with a good condenser microphone (e.g. i have an "akg perception 820 tube"). if you mix the guitar pickup signal and the microphone signal together you should mix them seperately first before you put them together. use an equalizer to filter out annoying frequencies and a compressor to get a tighter sound. after that you can route your two guitar tracks on one stereo track and use a reverb effect to give your guitar a more natural sound by simulating a different types room environments (if you're a good player you can also play the same guitar track two times (so you'd have 2 microphone tracks and two pickup tracks) and pan one of them to the right and the other one to the left. makes the signal wider). there are many ways to achieve good mixing results. just look up some 'mixing acoustic guitar' videos on youtube. i'm sure you'll find some that'll help you. good luck!
