Three Day Intensive - the entire training curriculum covered in three full days, all while disconnected from the distractions and noise of regular life. A space to invest deeply into physical and mental health and performance, prioritising it above all else.
We are well attuned to the condition of our bodies in that we can sense pain, tiredness, restriction or energy level easily. We tend to be less aware of the condition of our minds and the effect this has on physical health and performance. During the 3 days, we implement protocols to gain a better understanding of the mind and how the patterns and behaviours it creates show up in our behaviours, thoughts, thinking and actions.
There is a heavy focus on getting the balance right between stress and recovery in order to achieve sustainable peak performance. Theory and knowledge is a big part of the training, but all the skills, exercises and practical simulations allow you to actually feel this shift.
