This could have worked, but I think just farming down trev 100% guarantees the win. No need to throw any moves. Just wing attack down because trev threw shadowball instead of seed bomb which leaves Staraptor with 21 HP if it just fully wing attacks down without throwing any moves. Then even if A9 has a move loaded it wins CMP and kills A9.

Lots of ways of winning that match, throwing the CC before Trevenant's charged move was really the worst choice. He could have farmed down, he could have waited for the charged move, he could have thrown the CC after 2 more fast moves to guarantee the kill. The best way would be just farming a little more, building up to 2 Brave Birds and then throwing them back to back, that would be a 100% guaranteed win.

@@alexpf925 you can’t build up to two brave birds so that wouldn’t be the best option for a guaranteed win. But yes there were a few ways. Either way triple bravebird putting in as much work as this was amazing to see.

Holding your finger in open spot can work for fire charge moves, sometimes fighting and poison as well

Staraptor is my favorite shield burner. Shield or get deleted

I did that in factions a couple weeks ago. Took out a fully loaded Pelipper with a shield. I assume my opponent cried.

The double boosted BB against Altered hit so hard the game lagged😂. Braviary and Zapdos are my favorite birds tho

I used to use sirfetched tapu Koko and ho-oh with brave bird and the team actually gave me positive sets when all my other teams failed 🤣🤣

Great concept team. Planning on one for GL, but waiting for a decent Mantine. Trainer was suffering lag, but perhaps a little inexperienced? Awesome video though.

Just a FYI today I faced runerigus I was sure it was GG with my pidgeot but he had rock tomb with shadowball...

that brave bird didn't register against ninetales because being from india, delay is guaranteed..doesn't matter the device or internet. when u click charge move, it doesn't register straight away (like in US & Europe) that click will delay to one more fast move.

Love the battles, though the incinerate turn time was a killer for the battler. Still did really well as the opponents just didn't have enough shields!!!

Imo, Close Combat is much better for Staraptor than Heat Wave could ever be. Both are super effective against ice and steel, but other than that, fire is only super effective against bug and grass, which flying type covers, while fighting is also super effective against normal, dark, and rock, none of which are covered by fighting

Something I don't understand. When I use close combat or brave bird, my defence drops horribly and in this videos it's not that bad

They're regular birds I guess 🤷‍♂️ we got pure flying types especially route 1 pokemon like rookidee & corkvsquire though corviknight is flying/steel 😂

I'm so pissed people I slapped with my Pokemon that never showed up in pvp and was seen as irrelevant are now using it with their legendaries. I have pure free to play Pokemon and demolished legendary teams thanks to someone you said swept the team.
