This is a horrible experience for the bulls, they are terrified the whole way. I'm not a peta nut, but I can see clearly that this is just animal torture for the amusement of people- a very sad statement about their society. Of course many cultures have similar cruel tortures, such as horse racing and dog racing. Maybe the animals feelings should matter, but i guess not to them.
