Let's not get too cocky, rewing. This was just burning weeds. Blew through quickly, burned out quickly. Unlike forest fires which are no joke. Hot burning intense fuel that can burn for a long time.

LOL It's everywhere I tell you, First it was the temps then the wind started going haywire in 2011, Now it's perpetual storms brewing. And it doesn't matter if we stopped everything now it will still get much worse before the weather develops new norms, However long that would take. In the meantime we keep treating the world like it has unlimited resources and that can absorb all the trash. The world is fast becoming one big toilet.

You know the state won't do the dry clearing necessary. It's basically like inviting these fires to happen.

Most of this land are already owned by the rich.

Lets see, we've had back to back very wet rain seasons plus last years' summer storm. This is just the beginning, we will have an epic fire season thanks to our State's refusal to mitigate fire hazards in our canyons and brush land. There was a very good reason Insurance companies are getting out of the fire insurance business in this State. This year will be a great example of how Democrats have destroyed California.

@@justjoanish tornados happen in the Midwest because the cold winds from Canada meet the hot winds from the gulf coast and with no major mountain ranges to deflect any weather patterns tornados form. Hurricanes form from hot and cold water mixing. Both of those are explainable and understood. California had banned every from of control burning and fire prevention logging, and is constantly stealing water from surrounding states to fuel a city in a desert. Before California was settled fires burned through and nature thrived. It’s ignorant governing and ignorant godless people that cause these wild fires to rage dangerously
