ohhhhh yeah i’ve absolutely been there when it comes to that feeling of isolation and anxiety. those years when i lived alone and completely isolated from pretty much everyone were easily the hardest I’ve ever had and it’s a lesson learned that i am not as much of a homebody as I used to think I was. i still don’t like to go out too much since I’m getting older but i like to get out at least once a week so I don’t go insane.

I feel you on the isolation and anxiety! I never thought I'd feel like that. Yeah, I rarely "go out" but I still go to the gym and try to spend time outdoors.
