oof, yeah that’s a… that’s definitely a subject for me personally. it’s funny, things are the best they’ve ever been for me with everything from my job to my friends and things like that, but my brain still likes to occasionally remind me that it has the ability to send my emotions crashing down when it wants to. I was in a pretty bad spot in my 20s emotionally but now in my early 30s I don’t have that kind of anxiety and self-deprecation daily anymore and I’m a lot better at catching and ending it as soon as it starts. i do wish i had a more reliable support system when these things happen to me, but it can be hard sometimes when you’re the guy people rely on when those things happen to them. i’m the big brother of the group and i take a lot of pride in that sometimes to my own detriment. i like to think my friends would be there if i really needed them, but i’d rather deal with things silently on my own than risk relying on others and them letting me down. probably not the most optimistic view, but once bitten twice shy y’know? anyways, this was a long one so sorry about that. good to talk about these things sometimes. cheers.

You know, I am basically that same sort of person myself so I get where you are coming from. I'm glad you can catch any anxiety creeping up on you and that you can deal with it before it gets bad! Thanks for all the support and comments man!
