Good stuff… I remember you wanting to sell yours. I even considered it but managed to get one direct from timefactors. I’ve owned a few of them now and the are lovely little watches, the aventurine on the jubilee is also great. Just in regards to mount Everest, Rolex made an apology to smiths and congratulated them on being the watch that went up Everest. But as you say in the video this Everest is more a love letter to Rolex.

Thank you, interesting British brand that was "revived". Has nothing to do with the old one today but still solid watches.

@@disheuresdis yeah, even John Mayer has got a little into the Tribeca. Personality I feel the prices are a little high on them, but people seem to be into collecting them.

Chomolungma Each pace forward moved the summit further As I climbed my Everest, twenty-nine thousand and six Footsteps in the past, twenty-two more to go, When suddenly the mount, the goddess, Mother of the Universe, smiled at me from above. Her grace was gentle though her presence alone Felt like a menace. I knew I carried within me All the ignominy of human being. An offense to her essence, Physics and doing, ‘How dare I be there, scramble over And trample her only to prove to my Self I could? Fear suggested my surrender, retrace my steps Back to humbleness, place my Self where it belonged. Yet I froze and could not move, immensity had got the best Of me, making me believe that I was too little of a creature To attempt being greater than what I was. The paralyzing nature of such ludicrous belief had me Hanging from a root seeking to survive despite it. The goddess continued to smile at me from above, unwilling To help, I thought. And as I was losing my grip, conquered by fatigue She spoke: ‘If you trust in me, let go!’ and so I did. -Aurora Kastanis.

@@disheuresdis You're welcome. Chomolugma lives in all of us, we all have an Everest to scale. A Smiths Everest PRS-25 is a humble yet powerful piece, reminding the wearer to stay the the course - to hold fast.
