Couldn't agree more. Skill-based training like calisthenics is not only functional , but also a lot more fun and rewarding than basic strength and cardio training in my experience.
How can I do skill-based training when I just go to the gym and follow my PT's instructions?
I was really hoping you would climb a tree at the end to demonstrate this
