“She makes me sooooo happy…” Oh no, my heart. Only discovered Donald’s Duck a few months ago and it’s been my favourite ever since.

I honestly was excited for this video JUST to see how you'd rank Red Balloon, as it's one of my personal favorites as well! It doesn't get nearly as much attention as it deserves and that is a crime, as it is probably the least repetitive Thomas song ever and it's just so beautiful, man

The 5 New Engines in the shed thing is because Spencer and Fergus weren’t new engines in universe. Spencer isn’t owned by the railway, and it’s said that Fergus has been there a long time, so the others wouldn’t call them “new engines”.

8:12 I watched every single one of those videos as a child, every video listed and I still have fond memories of them and go back to watch them from time to time

Fun fact: apparently dilly's sounds are a high pitched michael angelis, meaning that the US technically heard the UK dub without knowing

The instrumentals for many of these songs still give me goosebumps to this day. That alone vouches how well these songs are. In fact just trying to describe the instrumentals for Thomas's Anthem alone is just impossible. It's just otherworldly and magical; I love it. Also James out here stealing the show once again

Honestly, despite how the Miller Era had lazy writing, the songs during that era were really catchy and enjoyable (and yes, that includes the Misty Island Rescue song and the Fat Controller song).

I LOVE The Island Song to bits but I will NEVER forgive it for ruining me believing Sodor was real when I was little.

Classic Thomas understood the assignment when it came to songs (for the most part)

So for my Top 5 Classic series songs I’ll put in parentheses why they are there. 1. Island Song (I also agree that lyric is dumb and should be something like “to a land of friends and family”. But this song feels as if it you can go to Sodor and that’s what kids belive.) 2. That’s What Friends Are For (Personal life reasons) 3. Snow Song (I live in a place where we get lots of snow and I love it every time) 4. Winter Wonderland (Same as 3) 5. Little Engines (I was the youngest in my family whenever I had first heard this song and always tried to prove I was better than my old brother.)

Awesome choices. I honestly never heard the "Balloon Song"...particularly because it never got released in the UK (as you said), but I just never bothered to listen to it. And I personally love the rest of the songs on your list, but respect your opinion, on the songs you don't like too much. Also, I never really realised, on the "make-believe" line, in "The Island Song", but I didn't really have a problem with it, since I just loved the melody. ...And it'll take me forever to do a ranking of all the songs, but my number one favourite would have to be "Really Useful Engine".

The fact that the kids were using the songs proves how good accidents happen is

Every Cloud is my favorite! My only gripe with it: it doesn’t fit the theme of the US release it’s featured on, yet it’s so memorable for being on it that I can envision the song in my head just by looking at Harold on the front cover

My favourite has to be Thomas' Anthem

Come for the ride was my first Thomas song. The Mike O’ Donnell Version of Little Engines is my favorite because I like his singing and you can even hear the whistles of the Little Engines. Donald’s Duck is also one of my favorites, but the Headmaster Hastings version is better since it shows Donald singing in his Scottish Accent which is more accurate.

Thank god you only did classic songs, you would have perished on the spot as soon as you reached the cgi songs.

Come for the Ride is a bop to me and Rules and Regulations is moral heavy and beautiful. My two favorites forevermore

4:35 I think it's because Fergus and Spencer are NOT considered new engines. Spencer doesn't belong to the Fat Controller so he's not a new engine for Sodor's sheds, and Fergus' introduction episode doesn't treat him like he just arrived, like he's been on Sodor for a bit

Nice rank of all the Classic Thomas songs (and I do understand why you couldn't do all the newer songs because there's just a lot of them that would be too much to put together in one video). My favorite song is The Whistle Song. (I know you don't like it, but for me, this has always been a favorite of mine because when I was younger, I had no idea that this song ever existed as it was never featured on any VHS tape I owned when S6/7 came out. That wasn't until I first heard it on a VCD I once bought and that was my first exposure to this, Never, Never Give Up and Salty. Listening to this, this became my favorite for how catchy it was, the different footage they used, the fact it was also the last song by Mike and Junior before they left and the deleted/extended scenes from Bye George always stuck into my mind). My least favorite is the same as yours, that being Thomas' Christmas Song (I hated that song when I first saw it on KZread, and I still do today. The kids' singing is just so annoying. I know there are some people that do like it and that's fine. But it's just not my taste).

For me, when it comes to, “Don’t Judge a Book By It’s Cover” I honestly find it having a relatable message as everyone is labeled being “different”, but when it comes to meeting new people and sometimes they r too quick to judge. As I was sometimes judged in a way, but once people got to know me, they stopped judging :) Yes, I can agree with ur top 10’s, especially, “Night Train,” it definitely gives me a waking up to dawn vibe and starting off with a busy day at work or school. Well done on ur review! And don’t listen to those, who don’t agree on ur own opinions, we all have our own opinions. Also I love, “Every cloud has a silver lining.” Also I love the touch up on how it included Bill and Ben’s theme is just amazing :)

I think the reason why Salty and Harvey are in the 5 New Engines song, was because both Spencer and Fergus don't fit the category. Spencer was not a new Sodor resident, so he technically isn't a new engine, and it has been implied that Fergus has been on Sodor long enough to be given the title "The Pride of the Cement Works."

(Disowned for Jobs a Plenty/There’s a Job for Everyone and Busy.) My least favorite Thomas songs are Engine Roll Call (S22-24), Boo Boo Choo Choo, Busy, H is for Harold, We’re Friends, And Jobs a Plenty/ Theres a Job for everyone (this one is the best of the bad ones.). And my favorites are Engine Roll Call (S8-18), Gone Fishing, Let’s Have a Race, Toby, Thomas’ Anthem, Misty Island Rescue, Sometimes you make a friend, Let’s Be Brave (yeah kill me for this one), Little Engines, Don’t judge a book by its cover, Night Train, Come for the ride, James The Really splendid Engine, And The Island Song. Honorable mentions: It’s great to be an Engine, he’s a really useful engine, Donald’s Duck, Accidents will Happen, Every Cloud has a silver lining, We Can’t do Anything, Sounds song, On a Journey Today, Emily, It’s gonna be a great day (final version), Blue Mountain Mystery, Hear The Engines coming, Never overlook a little Engine, and The Most Important thing is being friends.

It’s good that you can enjoy something that I don’t, And that we all don’t have the same opinions. (Like I can handle your opinion on H is For Harold. The reason why I hate it is the F major tone is kinda annoying and I feel like it rips off the 1999 version of Harold the Helicopter which is miles better in my opinion.)

Every time I hear the The Island Song and Winter Wonderland I cry, I don't know why... I guess because growing up I didn't have regular TV, I grew up in the 2000's with a VHS player and I don't remember what tapes I had but I know they were on them. Those tapes are now sadly lost in storage, I'm currently 18 in college, hundreds of miles from home, and looking back I wish I could go back to a random night when I was 8 or 9 and watch the tapes again.

For example, Season 3-5, Season 6-7 Season 8-12 Season 13-18 Season 19 Season 20-24 (idrk how to describe it tbh) My favorite from 3-5 is Island of Sodor Song and It’s great to be an engine Favorite from 6-7 is Troublesome Trucks and There once there was engine who ran away Favorite from 8-12 is Surprises and Determination Favorite from Season 13-18 is Working Together (Blue Mountain Mystery Version) and Go Go Thomas Favorite from Season 19 is Rendition of Really Useful Engine and We make a team together And Finally Favorite from 20-24 is Streamling and Nobody has to be the favorite
