In their time, Jefferson was known as the Pen of the American Revolution and Adams as the Voice. The two men restored their friendship in their senior years. Both died on the same day, on July 4th, the 50th anniversary of our nation's independence. Adams was the only founder who never owned slaves as a matter of personal principle.
Fantastic! Very interactive and informative.

Brilliant.
It's not good to elect justices. Then they will rule how they need to rule to get re-elected. Politics should never play a role. I'd rather them be elected to a life term like we have now. Cry about it.

Whether you like it or not, the government's role is to do whatever the ruling class say its role is. John Locke was wrong.

Kind of an awkward position to take. Certainly there are variations on how much and how little the ruling class, which historically has proven itself to be less than a single and static entity, has a metaphorical say in the government.

@@f-35alightningii79 yup. Hes delusional and probably belives he is in the ruling class when hes probably on the bottom bracket.
