That was legitimately one of the most touching things I've ever seen and I'm in tear. I'm so glad Mya has been been given a chance to "fly" by her mom.

Mya must've been so happy to feel like she's flying, in her world she was. Mya's Mama is the best. Giving her that excitement, wonder and feeling of freedom. So sweet and they both loved it, even the doggie joined in the fun. Priceless Family! 🤗💖🦜

What an absolute sweetheart Mya is. Many people often do not realise how intelligent parrots are. These two beautiful ladies have given Mya a ❤️ loving and caring ❤️ home. It is sad that Mya is unable to fly,but watching Mya's mum take her outside, and inside, to fly is wonderful to see. Hearing Mya growl was hilarious. To see Mya play with her doggie siblings put a huge smile on my face. These two wonderful ❤️ ladies are true earth angels.

💞I had a blue & gold macaw (and a tiny dog who would jump on its back as it was walking) that would spend the day in a huge backyard mimosa tree until I got home from work. I left plenty of food and water for it during the day and as soon as I called for him to come down, he'd greet my little dog and me with much enthusiasm. Animals are such dear things.💞

I believe it's stress from living it's life in a cage with no attention (the previous owners). Birds will pull out all the feathers they can reach, and once they get that habit it's hard to get them to stop. I don't have birds, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is. There are also diseases that impact feathers, but they don't have distinct lines where the bird can or can't reach.

Oh myGOD, this is one of the most beautiful things I have seen in a long time.

That's Beautiful. Maybe they could try a prosthetic addition to her wing sometime, like the women who glued a feather to a butterfly's wing and the butterfly flew. That would be cool. This was a great video and Mya is very lucky to have a devoted family.
