Hey guys, just a quick update about the platform I used in the video, Udio. Turns out, Udio is being sued for copyright infringement because they trained their model on copyrighted music. i gotta be honest, when I made the video, I didn't know about this. My aim was just to show off some cool tech and how it can be used to make beats. not surprised that they're getting sued, seems that every AI company is going through it rn. I'm gonna keep an eye on this situation and make sure I'm backing platforms that play fair. Appreciate your understanding, and I'll keep you in the loop with any updates. Cheers!

I think this industry will have to keep pressure on these so called tools, AI will push a lot of folks out of the market. Sikky glad you posted about the outcome of the model. this is an on going issue not only in Music but in all so called AI. Althought we humans work off inspiration there is no true understand how the human creative factor works.

It’s a stash kit so it’s recycled stuff. Only difference here is that it’s the most well organized and substantially bigger than anything else on the market. Yes there is a team. PRZM (Prism) All my kits till now have been from scratch. This my first one that’s not from scratch.

I don't recommend anyone to use these platform it's really risk for user as you are using copyrighted music of someone and companies like Sony universal Music will come after you.... good luck fighting them in court

Yeah i saw this today. Record labels are suing udio and other ai music generators for copyright infringement. Definitely need to be aware of that. It's interesting but it's very risky imo

What they haven't told you is that every lawsuit against Generative AI companies have been dismissed or partially dismissed. Sony and UMG are only suing because they plan on starting their own AI divisions, which UMG has already began work on.

This tool has been so fun to play with the past few weeks As for the lawsuits, I think it's inevitable that AI tools like this will keep improving and become widely used in the next few years... Suing them won't stop the inevitable.

I think that yes it will eventually "replace us". We are not there yet though...However...I think that the value of a persons personality is going to go up. I think that people will place an even higher value on connecting with individuals. I am saying that Down the road, if you are not connecting with fans/the community you are a part of, on a high level, you will be a nobody, AI will eat your lunch. The only thing that will be left is that human to human connection and people still crave that. This won't change for a long long time.
