idk why but i get really fidgety when i am in a slump or i get into a slump when i am fidgety lol. soo tge thing that helped me with fidgeting was working out and doing some craftyish thing w my hands ( like a very easy paint by numbers ) and i lovveee listening to audiobooks. low commitment, low effort but i enjoy it . am i even making sense?
