Ya this one luckily is very inexpensive probably 25 dollars total between the new gasket and grade 8 bolts.

Thanks for sharing this info and how to. I already did the clutch basket upgrade and thus is the next upgrade I'll be working on. Thanks again.

Spent about a grand right off the showroom floor. Full 09 clutch, Flywheels bolts, ais/breather and Glann case saver. Cheap upgrades for peace of mind

This has happened to me a couple times and to a few of our guys in our group now we just change them as soon as we get a new quad.

Getting both of these issues knocked out this weekend on my 2021. I'm hoping none of my bolts are snapped already! Its got very low hours on it (maybe 10-15)

Nice. I’m sure they are still intact once one snaps they all go and usually the atv won’t start.

Hey bro What is the torque specs? On another video you mentioned 12lbs torque. Or was that for something else? Service manual says 12lbs

These are 86 in lbs or 7.2 ft lbs

If you take one bolt out you can match it up. They are 6mm grade 8 bolts just not sure the pitch. Ls4 and bnr motorsports carry’s the kits and its cheep.

I'm trying to get the bolts BEFORE I tear it down... so length and pitch would be helpful.

is it called the one way started bolts from Ls4?

The stock bolts are known to sheer apart causing major damage.
