Very neat and clean _ love cooks who are not messy. Definitely going to give it a try although I am a wee bit wary as it looks professional for a novice to try
Look 😮at that beautiful smooth dough! I love working with yeast dough because it’s so therapeutic for me. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏽🤗
Those are absolutely beautiful. Also from one woman to another you are lovely. I wish you the absolute best. Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe.
That dough is beautiful.
Milk powder can be toasted to give it a nutty caramelly smell\taste and would work well with this recipe.

Toasting milk powder adds depth and warmth to the natural sweetness of milk powders. In most milk powders, toasting creates a caramel-like, malted, and nutty taste. (This is not to say caramelization has taken place, as that has to do with sugar, not protein, decomposition and higher temperatures. However, in some milk powders (coconut, buttermilk, and malted milk powder) the nuttiness from toasting lessens the milk powder’s natural tang and mellows them out. Depending on what you are looking for flavor-wise, it might be better not to toast your powdered milk. So, consider this if you plan to add milk powders to recipes (read about milk powder). Toasting milk powder adds depth and warmth to the natural sweetness of milk powders.
Aww they look so cute!! And you’re amazing! Peace and blessings ❤☀️🍀

LOOKS YUMMY. LOVE THE TEXTURE, WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE MILK POWDER THAT YOU USED?
Original name is Krapfen(Berliner) it's German and they usually fill it with jam or vanilla pudding.
Yum
People google egg susbstitue and a cup is 8 ounces convert to whatever measurement you prefer. Milk powder, you don't need brand name
Very yummy,

Yummy ymmy🇫🇷
Thank you so much! Looks like a nice treat! I was wondering about the white line. It looks nice. And when you opened up one of the donuts, it looked completed cooked so yes very nice to have a white line on the donuts. I was also wondering about the stick method to test the oil. I did not notice anything in particular when you placed the stick in the oil, so how do know the oil is hot enough using the stick? I'm not sure if I have any sticks that are not coated. I have chopsticks but they may have a coating of something on them. I usually sprinkle the oil with 2 or 3 droplets of water to see if the oil is ready but doing that does cause the oil to splatter just a bit.

I know that when u put the stick in and the oil bubbles around it, then its hot😊

@@vanessaamos2278 thanks! that's what I thought but I didn't see any bubbles unless I missed them so maybe she only showed using the stick before the oil was ready. regardless, th donuts look yummy!

lol, thank you🤗 the bubbles are there, maybe my camera just didn't capture well. but the stick method works best. if you don't have a stick like mine, you can use any wooden cooking spoon you have in your kitchen!
