Très beau et appétissant! Merci. Ça a tout l'air d'être une "pâte à choux" utilisée en friture. Avec cette pâte et au four, on peut faire des "chouquettes", "éclairs",.. et en rajoutant du fromage des "gougères". Les churros c'est seulement farine+eau bouillante (à même quantité). Tout est super bon!!
