Not sure why u say that’s a difficult tree ? But I do agree tree felling should be left to professionals. As a pro I’d say that tree was just about as easy as they come.
I am a retired arborist 35yrs he made a nice cut but I wouldn’t say that tree was to difficult for a beginner.I mean it might be a little BIG for a first time feller but if you have a few fells under your belt I think you’d be ok. He did cut it very well👏👍
You make that look so easy, lots of confidence. Nice work
There are many people who put a backcut in first on backleaners so as to be able to insert a wedge before the weight of the tree sits back from taking the notchwood out first. You should try it sometime and see what the results are.
Absolutely perfect hinge. Wonderful job.
well done, mate, very well done !!!
It´s allways nice to have a backwind, it helps to fell a tree. Greetings from Vihti.

👋🏻
I wouldn't say it was particularly difficult, only the size makes it so. Having to scramble around on broken ground, with no sure footing and the tree on a nasty slope, that's the sort of thing I have to deal with regularly. I'll take your "difficult" cut any day.
Amateurs don't have strong enough wind to blow their trees down. Only the Finnish Lumberjack and Paul Bunyan, of course! 😯
Amazing
there are no more words. Fantastic.
Nice job
Good work and safe. Sweden farmerguy.
Top gemacht
So often the difference between a professional and an amatuer is self proclomation.
Terrific job, well done, l am surprised you didn’t plunge cut one side first and form the hinge, prop with felling wedge, sawing around to complete the cut and hinge, in short, The Soren Erickson, Game of Logging felling technique, you know this system ?, l have just subscribed, greeting from Ireland !!!

What are the side cuts for?

To keep the falling trunk from twisting, and to help me to see the blade on the far side of the trunk
It was that blew on it in the end that did it.
32" bar?
Nicely done. Thank you for sharing. Could you possibly leave the text/words you add up a bit longer? I'm a slow read and I have to play it over to catch the words. Thank you.
There is just one proper way: soft dutchman…
Only one thing I would say, for a back leaner you should always open the face cut, like an open mouth. It will go easier and you probably wouldn't even have needed the wedges.
Kami tidak menebang , hanya memangkas
Great job. Thumbs up everyone! You must have had a little whiskey on your breath😂😂. 👍👍👍👍

like the big bad wolf...
70 см? как правило такие не берут(дуплянка)оставляют на осеменение
trop dur ??? plutot trop gros, trop délicat (point de chute), oui
Bad method, no “safe corner”, and why leave such a high stump?
Who teached you that job? why did you setup the cut not a bit higher? in other places with such proficiency you might kicked out instantly be sure 😂
Not a good place to leave your saw on that place!
A Professional would’ve moved their chainsaw & camera !
Bend your knees next time. The stump is too high. Only amateurs do it like that.
