The first time you hit the trails in a Jeep and lunch time rolls around, you realize really quick that having somewhere to work would be sooo nice!! There's a reason the tailgate tables are one of the first accessories added to the Wranglers when building up an overlanding rig. They're extremely handy and make life so much easier!
This TRAILGATOR from Outback Adventures is one of if not the best tailgate table on the market. The installation is extremely easy and quick, and the finished product looks amazing! The simple design gives you a lot of workspace for meal prepping, the stainless-steel design is easy to clean, and the best part is there is absolutely no rattling when you're hitting the trails!

Any idea if that tailgate table will work with the Goose Gear Rear platform? I had a Front Runner table that I had to remove because it would not allow the tailgate to close with the Goose Gear end plate that replaces the factory jack cover.

I’m not sure… next chance I get I’ll try to get some measurements of how far it sits away from the tailgate when closed.

@@richardd2734I wish I could add pictures in the comments, but I can’t. I’ll do my best to explain in words. The bottom of the trailgater starts where the plastic trim is removed. From the bottom up there’s 2.5” that is 1.25” thick. Then the cutting board starts and that’s just under 2” thick… about 1 7/8” total.

Just another way of saying the same thing, but it’s about 2” away from the tailgate aside from a 2.5” strip at the bottom that’s only 1.25” away from the tailgate.
