your roundabouts being both directions causes the traffic jams which defeats the whole purpose of a roundabout

Matt building roundabouts with only two arms and thinking it will somehow help with the bottlenecks...

When you think you're making roundabouts but instead you're just making a ton of 3 way intersections on curvy roads

I feel like we are seeing Matt's villain story. He's slowly devolving into an architect in these games lol. His love of night cycles, improper use of roundabouts, etc...

Two-way roundabouts seem like a distinct piece of architecture here. This made wondering whether Matt is held a hostage in some damp basement of architecture school. Give us a sign mate, we'll come and rescue you.

Building a bridge across a body of water when you're only 1 space from where a road could have gone instead is 100% an architect move.....

I need Matt to play more of this game, AND NO 2 WAY ROUNDABOUTS!!

The "More you know" segment at the beginning had me rolling 😂

I think the key is to use highways for your roundabouts to stop cars colliding with each other.

I like how Motorway Matt had a factory tile spawn along the coast to pollute the ocean/sea. Such an engineer thing.

Matt went full 'American engineer' here. Playing a game that humanises cars, and being in love with roundabouts.

Everyone is saying the round about making it worse but the main thing is Matt is just building one long road. He would do better with small districts connected by short one way highways

It's great - Matt dancing in adverts is amazing. This is the true engineer version of advertising instead of all these architect methods. We must promote this great revolutionary anti-architect form of advertising and spread it around the world.

I enjoy watching you play these tile games. I hope you try this one again or revisit some you played in the past few months.

I think the best part of this video was the sudden realization that RCE is a real engineer who truly loves what he does. Good on you man for finding your passion in life and embodying it

The key in the game is connecting everything with roundabouts and building two or more streets for one route, so the traffic has multiple options where to go

(developer here) Yep, this just allows to put a road through the forest, without removing it completely. You gain this resource back if you remove the road through forest.

I would try staggered junctions since they don't have Lane control and one ways and yield signs and stuff.

I think I would have made a circle around the border of the ice cap in freeway road and had other roads spreading out like a web

you disappoint me, the twisted buildings are engineering! the twist prevent wind from catching an entire face at once and acting as a sail, so the twisting make the building more secure by reducing the bending

You should do a roundabout city in cities skylines! Where theres literally only huge roundabouts like you did on the second island.

Day eighty seven of asking Matt to add the Second Narrows Bridge, Ironworkers Memorial to the Wheel of Bridgetune It is a cantilevered truss bridge, carrying 6 lanes of traffic from Vancouver to North Vancouver in B.C. across the second narrowing of the Burrard Inlet. It's name comes from the fact that it collapsed twice during construction, which unalived 23 people in total (Hence the name, ironworkers memorial).

It's not just the fact he made 2-way roundabouts that makes it hard to watch. It's the fact Matt kept on making more 2-way roundabouts.

Holy hell. When this video started I was like ugh... this game looks like one of those cash grab POS games. I actually almost didn't watch it. Glad I stayed because this game seems really nice. Great work!
