Nice to see an empty house converted to a lovely home. ❤ the interior. Very well structured discussion. No doubt reaching Andheri West by road during busy hours is a nightmare. But Metro is the solution..
Does not look like a 500-ft apartment, really spacious and well articulated in terms of designing.
This is the exact reason I sold my flat, CHS members who used to neglect the building, such that even if the outside wall was leaking, I had to pay for the repairs. In this case, the best thing is to see the writing on the wall and sell the flat before the building becomes uninhabitable.
About redevelopment the lady mentioned the point is absolutely right 💯 .
Tastefully decorated home, relevant questions by the interviewer and equally good answers by the host. A pleasant experience. You can convert a house into a home with a wee bit of taste, love and togetherness.
So value of a flat after 40-50 years is nothing ? If in mumbai redevelopment is difficult then what will situation of other cities be which have no shortage of land?

The real long term value is in the land rather than the building or the flat...land is a at premium and scarce in Mumbai, hence redevelopment happens...builders get the incentive by building taller, putting in their money and effort and selling more flats in the same land parcel as there are virtually no fresh land parcels available in the city.....I really dont know what will happen to those who invested in flats in Pune suburbs or other tier 2 suburbs, there redevelopment has no incentive as those cities are expanding freely in all 4 directions..
Tastefully done up apartment and sensible renter
Very nice Lubdha.....smartly asked questions and promptly answered .....nice interview.....hope that you will get the possession soon...
Nice. I liked the way she did up her living room. Simple.
Really touched deep into the problems of Mumbaikars. Quiet relatable!
Beautifully done Interiors!
The home looks airy. Beautiful done.
great episode!
Loved the host and the decor❤
Nice host and positive attitude after she faces problem in her own apartment.
Really liked the vibe.
Nice Host and home is having 🎉Positive Vibes
Your home looks beautiful and the interview was quite informative 😊
Please start using a wider lens for filming. We cannot understand the size and layout of the house. Filming can be better.
Redevelopment me builder bohot chuna bhi lagata he
Your hate for Andheri West roads is visible in your takeaways 😂😂 but I agree with the same "it's a sinkhole" 😂😂
I've been stuck with redevelopment not happening since the 90s, it started Q3 of 1990 and till date nothing. BMC has demolished my entire society in 2019 and yet nothing is happening, paying rent out of pocket for 5+ years now 😢😢😢 BTW, location is malad west, proper malad west

Properly ample sunlight sunlight airy sums it up 😂
😢😢😢in the next 100 years Mumbai's average road would become a nightmare people of mumbai not realizing now they will realize in future
Is mumbai offering high salaries that many people can spend 50k on rent for a small flat?

Yes salaries are generally higher in Mumbai, Bengaluru compared to other tier-2 cities.
Will you allow members of the M community inside this building?
