The Pune Couple Living And Working Together In Mumbai | The Tenant

Спорт

Meet Nikita and Pavan on The Tenant as they share their experience living in a 400 square feet 1BHK apartment in Mumbai. They moved from Pune for the city's vibrancy and proximity to the sea, managing a short commute to their office just 4 kilometers away. They opted for a scooter despite owning a car, highlighting the city's efficient metro and railway connections. Exploring a budget-friendly option marketed with a "slum-view," they discuss managing expenses, daily routines, and the practicalities of Mumbai living.

Amazing to see people thinking that they can't afford to raise a child. While they are contributing in feeding free food to 80 crore people. Irony is the people gaining free food, can afford to have few more kids.

Not their fault that the government doesnt appropriately use the taxes...Government should focus on education, healthcare and awareness rather that easy short term measures of rationing...lack of education, access to contraception, health facilities lead to high birth rate!!

If I undestand the format of the show it should be about property and not about personal life's.. Its simply rude to open some one's fridge, wardrobe, or ask wil they have child... The host seems immature in certain spaces to host the show correctly and dvele in property related things..

No, then it will be just another real estate show...what makes this interesting that it shows what tenants think, live and what their priorities and preferences are. This infact differentiates it from other real estate shows and makes this one interesting...its more about the life in that flat rather than just the configuration.

I enjoy watching this show, from the US. It's fun getting a peek into people's homes. Vishal, please keep the conversation in English, instead of intermittently switching to the local language. I was surprised, Indian people know Sheldon!! I agree with the young lady, a nice view from an apartment is important. I feel sorry for the husband, he is not allowed to eat meat when out on a date, he is going to be talked into having a kid when he doesn't want one, and change his plans of moving back to his hometown in 3 years 😁

Does more money brings unhealthy lifestyle. Spending office time for cheap lunch and Zomato,Swiggy is there for you. Keeping a cook.is like giving a mini-job,having the luxury of eating home cooked food. These two live a unhealthy life, fridge dumped with cola drinks and pouches of snacks. Feels like home, that is cool. Slum people must be having good life, though they earn very less money ,must look at the ground Mr Pavan . One bhk apartment is cool.,the previous family had purposely had left the window open ,so Pavan could see the open spaces. This apartment is cool, two washroom,a fridge , furnished apartment a view to sip a cup of tea and no slum view good for this couple.

Vishal comes across as awkward sometimes but usually engages in good conversation. I feel sorry for the couple in this episode. He seemed uninterested and not as connected. Also, it's not okay to open people's fridges and closet spaces, and the worst part, pass statements about them. Not good. Also, will never understand the cameraman's obsession with showing people's dirty toilet bowls! I watch this series because I am interested in Mumbai real estate and people's stories. Please focus on that.

Moneycontrol - don't just inflate the rent prices & make burden for poor tenants. Your show be better renamed - The Owner. Because u r simply inflating and causing others to go the wrong way. Why u r only showing the super costly ones. That could be due to tenant who could not get himself good price. Is this show only about showing high rents ?? In real world the rent is actually half of what u show.
