I love all the references. Literally 80% of the cards reference random stuff and I love every instance of it whoever made this mod is literally me and I love them

VUPShion adds multiple post-heart bosses as well as a gamemode where the bosses are replaced by characters from the mod. The characters feel super broken until you realize they're balanced for an entirely different scale of encounter.

I don't think VUPShion is balanced around *anything*. I tried to give it a fair shake and good lord the whole thing is a horrible mess.

@missingno_fgc I think that's a fair opinion, actually I think I felt the same. But when I played it a little longer, I kinda got used to the mechanics enough where I was starting to get it. I think it also depends which character and clothing (which I think influenced the first relic(s))

@@BadProfessional-gb1zz I've done it a bunch. The final boss is way, way, way- WAY to hard and it isn't even for the attacks, its HP-MAX removal-on-hit mechanic, its the multiplying. BESIDES that, gosh is it a fun mod! played every character, done min-maxing with the HP based one, really fun mod. ^-^ Am agreeing with ya, and weirdly the damage-based character was the worst against the final-final boss. For me anyways.

I thought he finally bought the key from the Risk of Relics mod, no luck I guess. ALSO both Ruina mods add new bosses *wink wink nudge nudge*

I don't really think it has as much to do with the ascension level as you think. Sure, the run was much easier because of it, but in a vacuum a lot of these cards are still just too efficient relative to the cost.

@@itsikpix5825 A little bit, yeah. The healing cards were cracked because they didn't exhaust, and it gave out way more block than vanilla.

Show the second run as well it would be awesome

If there are 3 options of act 4 bosses i fully expect 3 videos of fighting them

Mortal is the Heart, so 2 unique act 4s.

If Frost likes characters/mods with new bosses, enemies etc. i must say that Ruina mod is like the biggest one i saw. It basically adds fourth (which is like almost the lenght of acts 1-3) and fifth act (which is longer than OG's act 4) and then theres final boss! It also adds many powerful netural cards called E.G.O cards and also some new relics. Also literally every single encounter is unique. I will however admit that since its based on Library of Ruina game, Frost might be very confused... No new characters tho, so at least deck wont confuse him. I would honestlyl ove seeing him play it but GOOD GOD don't let him play ascencion 20 unless its suffering time, that shits hard as nails.

As someone who is partly responsible for suggesting several of the a20 buffs for the ruina act mod... sorry not sorry. But yeah I agree we gotta see frost play it, nice to see more people recommend it

I’d recommend the Ruina and Library of Ruina mods for ones that add extra Act 4 bosses, especially when run as a pair :)

I'd suggest starting with the act mod, since it's by far the better of the two and isn't brokenly unbalanced like call of fleets mods

You can obviously see the Undertale inspiration, which I don't mind because the game is pretty good.

@@WD_Gaster66 I'm aware, I made this before watching the video, but there's also the Good Neutral Evil choice thing you can do. I kind of feels like undertale might have had more influence on it then other games.

frost can be at full hp, with a really strong deck, on ascension 0, and STILL he will be scared of the double orb fight for some reason

Son double damage to bosses, plus holy. Is it additive or multiplicative, such as pennib and divinity how do they stack, and does that mean that attack while holy, while in Divinity with penn nib stacked how much damage would that do?

So the character story, I'm assuming alot here, is a church priestess who when going holy is trying to save the churches holy father from becoming a fallen priest? And vise versa with the demonic story line but your trying to convert it to evil worshipping? And neutral I guess renouncing the church?

If they make a Landlord character, it should be part of the Downfall mod or something of a similar nature.
