The thing I love most about this show is that they don't tell you the story up front, they just drop you in it and you have to catch up and put the pieces together. They also do a great job at building the anxiety... the whole time you're sat there like "I shouldn't be here, I'm in the way, I shouldn't be seeing this argument" 😂

The show is so fast-paced and chaotic that I had to watch a lot of scenes multiple times before I got all the important information. I don't envy you guys having to watch and commentate at the same time lmao. But the dialogue and characters are honestly next level amazing. They all feel so real. I worked in a kitchen for years and they capture both the anxiety and comradery so so well. I'm excited to see what you guys think of it!!

This show is SUPERB, so realistic and honest-I always felt STRESSED watching this, just absolute chaos (in the best way possible) and the drama is just so damn good, so happy y’all are reacting to it(:

it's so epic. It was so chaotic I didn't notice 20 mins have passed. At the same time it was a masterpiece the level of acting needs a separate award.

this quickly became one of my favorite shows. i love how intense the episodes get even if it triggers my anxiety😂 can't wait for you guys to react to the rest of the season !

I’m so happy y’all are watching this! Season 2 comes out this month as well I think. It’s so damn good. I watched this because I was such a fan of Lip in Shameless but there’s so much more to this show. It’s really really good!

I worked in food service for close to 10 years. I’ve been out for 3 now and still somehow say “corner” and “behind” every once in a while. I love this show 😂

Worked in restaurants, dated chefs, this show totally gets things right. The intensity of the kitchen, the way at the wrong time of day/night, everything a chef says sounds like and means “go fuck yourself”. The absolute hatred and vitriol for certain types of customers and at times all of the customers. Flashbacks for sure.

I love this show it does a great job following the pacing and stress of an actual restaurant. The actors that play the experienced chefs (Jeremy and Ayo) actually shadowed some great American chefs for their roles. On top of that, Neil is played by real-life chef Matty Matheson who has his own channel here on KZread.

so excited that you guys are doing this show! its one of the better show's i've seen not only in recent memory, but maybe ever. JAW's acting is some of the best i've seen in my entire life i think. so good.

Watching this really helped me tonight. One of my dog's 2 months old puppies just died and I've been crying on and off for about 3 hours, but this made me laugh. The Bear is one of my favorite shows and I guess I could've just watched it directly rather than watching you guys react to it but 🤷🏾‍♀️

Day 5: You guys should consider reacting to Cruel Summer, in my opinion the most underrated teen thriller atm. The second season comes out next week but I’m surprised barely anyone has reacted to it despite its popularity and critical success.

The best thing about this show to me is that you’re dropped into a world that already exists without the viewer. There’s a big and messy history here, and it respects the viewer by informing us naturally instead of it being done for us.

I really enjoyed this show; I like Jeremy Allen White. I do find the hectic pace to be rather anxiety inducing and the cousin character to be insufferable.

I hate Richie, but I respect his stance on littering.

Y’all should really watch “The Night Agent”. It’s so good and full of action & mystery. If that’s something y’all would like ofc!🫶🏻❤️
