Yeah, I feel you. Every time we watch one of those vehicles explode, it's multiple lives waisted all so a madman can try to live his dream of reforming the U.S.S.R. I get that Russian troops have a bad rep for a reason, but their death toll is around 300K now. That's insane. I wish they would just stop so Ukraine could live in peace, but they seem determined to see this war through no mater how much life is waisted along the way.

First of all, never underestimate Russians. This country is apparently culturally close to Europe. The culture of governance and politics in this nation was forged during the years of occupation by the Mughal Golden Horde. They fill technological backwardness with inferior equipment and by sending people to slaughter. For them, what is important is not the individual, but achieving the goal. And the nations inhabiting the Russian Federation themselves have adapted to such policies pursued by their elites. It's the norm for them. Russians are masters of lies and deception. For them, the West means naivety and decadence. And there's a lot of truth in that. The West must understand that the worst-case scenario is fast approaching. If we do not prove that we are united and do not prepare militarily for what Russia will do, we will face the same fate as my country, Poland. Slavery, exploitation and poverty.

they don't care about human lives lost, they will push on until the enemy runs out of bullets. Same exact tactic they used in ww2. The thing is that they will eventually run out heavy equipment like tanks. In WW2 they had the assistance of the allies and could sustain equipment losses. Current russia is only able to remodel older tanks.

sound travels at about 1100 feet per second. Most of the explosions are a 1/4 to 1/2 mile away. 1 to 2 seconds at least after the flash, then you will hear the explosion, not the instant you see the flash.

All tanks can be destroyed unless you have additional armor underneath to sustain a blast damage an not breach the hull. It also depend on the type of mine and how they implement the mine. My wingman's tank in Iraq back in 2005 has his hull breached from a Triple stack African landmine...

The amount of vehicles driven in mines is just ridiculous. Why is noone on charge at the russian side interfering with whole columes charging into minefields? You don't need to be a genius to see that this is just an absolute waste of men and machine?

russia got asked by the ukranian republics to intervene in the ukranian army shelling apartment buildings in their offensive which zelenski announced with his we are a economy of war speech. the russians are fighting against oppression and destruction of russian culture and ethnics as well as secret police deaing with political opposition using disappearance , as these stand in the way of eu banking system take over of ukraine which is a extremely bipolar nation, with outside forces stoking the fire.

400.000 dead and 6000 MBT’s destroyed. It’s crew 3 of each MBT. So they have to use old tanks and quick training for inexperienced conscripts and straight to the meat grinder. No wonder 300.000 military aged men have fled Russia.
