This Run-Down Building Got A Complete Make-Over
For the last several years, I have been restoring my family's farm. One of the sites on the farm, which we call Kristin & Rusty's, has been over-run and run down by junk, a fire, and weeds. Over the years, the property has started to look bad. Today, I took on the task of mowing down weeds, cleaning up junk, and organizing the property.

You need to save that old visible gas pump next to that building, there is a big market for parts and restoration, and they are expensive.
I love how Coop just does whatever, whenever.
Cole, you know that little wooden wagon you found in one of the last video or two when you were cleaning out the building with 3 rooms (inc. Cooper's hay)? I wish you would have saved that to restore for little Edward for Christmas in a year or two. It looked like a really nice one...not the plastic stuff they make for kids now. And, because it looked antique, you could store it in the house to hold his other toys when he's not playing with it. I just think it's nice to keep and restore toys that belonged to a family member...to me, that's a much nicer gift that some of the new, cheaply made stuff out there now 😊 ❤!
It warns my heart to see young Americans. Working so hard, thank you.
Torch. On the concrete pad you could torch the weeds that have grown through. Effective and kills the seeds.

I had weeds growing threw concrete and when i got a big spike in a rear tractor tire I parked it on the pad so it would be easy to jack up. The calcium chloride leaked and haven't had anything growing threw the cement for 20 years
Cole, I was born in Illinois and reside in Oregon now. I remember how neat and clean farms were back then. Even mowed bar ditches with the old sicle mowers. I n 2019 we t across the US and 23:51 , still the well-kept farms abound. As a 3rd gen farmer you Cooper and DC are doing a remarkable job maintaining Cornstar farms. Thnx for sharing. Congrats to you and Nava and the newest cornstar. When your channel first started DC was a little down. All of the family are much happier after the loss of your Grandpa. Now DC is GRANDPA CORNSTAR. Ta Daa! Life goes on.
Cole you and your family have cleaned up around the farm and it looks amazing. When I first started to watching your channel you just started cleaning up. Came a long way, you are almost done. Keep up the great work
I swear that you work as fast as your fast forward areas! It's great to see the family working together on a real family farm. Back in the 1970's and '80's, people thought it was crazy to go to college to help be a competitive family farm. I think you've graduated Magna Cum Laude! Your farm is working so efficiently after all the cleaning and organizing you've done in such a short period of time. It took decades for that stuff to pile up, and it took you only a few years to turn it around so affectively. Well done to the entire Cornstar Family 😊❤🎉

Going to college for farming is Fu Ked up people who have barely done grade 12 a million times smarter look at Cole idiot
Your happy attitude and smiles are always a joy to see. Go Cole! 12:00 "That pole was supposed to be like that, right?" Your face at 16:13. LOL.
Love the way you are cleaning up your family farm and the old farm house. Great to see a young person renovating the home place instead of tearing it down and building something new or just letting it run down to nothing.
I like how you can look at the situation, prioritize, make a plan, and carry it out.
You are the hardest working people. My family is like that too. I see all that has been accomplished and it feels so satisfying to see. Things look clean, organized and in good condition all because you are determined to run a more efficient and profitable business. Makes me proud.
You and your brother make a good team. Love your channel.
Over the years… you’ve taught me many things. I try really hard to get my place in order. You could do it in two days with your equipment. Glad to see everyone.
Love you folks’ like watching
I watch a lot of decluttering videos. Your description of taking a fresh look every year at things you thought must be saved leads to getting rid of more and more things-it’s like peeling off the layers of an onion.
It was great to see Cooper, Cole and Dad working together. It all looks much nicer.

What do you expect? They run a family farm, they work together all day every day. It's their literal job.

I like your attitude and the way you and Cooper work together.
0:57 I believe that glass and metal cylinder like thing, right before Cole is an antique gas pump.
I really like the house/barn/random buildings clean up videos!

That's what I hate bragging
You have so many wicked awesome little treasures all around your farm, that your grandfather left behind… Cole don’t throw away everything, because you have quite a few expensive treasures I can see in your videos… All that money can go into Edwards trust fund… Sending y’all love and blessings from Pennsylvania 🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️
8:36 Darth Cornstar! 😉 Thanks a lot for the video! 😊👍🏻
Cole a good side job for you would be a home organizer. You love organizing stuff, it shows. You have done a wonderful job. I can't wait to see Eddy working around there with Dad and Grandpa.
I love the way you care for your legacy farm.
I looooove those cleaning videos! Good job all of you!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love seeing you two guys working together, you sure know how to get ‘er done !! You have an awesome channel ❤️

Those panels of 6" Cement wire would make perfect tomato cages for your garden!!! 18 X 18 square folding cages!!!
An Aerial from 5 years ago versus today would be rewarding.
Cole, you are so cool! Love your grit and determination!! I enjoy your channel so much! God bless you and your family!!❤
You've come a long way kiddo. Looking professional.
Pocky pocky, 😂 Coles vocabulary has changed with being a dad❤
Wow, you sure do get a lot done! My ears perked up when you said you are going to take don the o,d concrete silo. I hauled a whole lot of old concrete silo staves from the salvage heap at our local landscaping company. One I got them home, I made a long curved two foot high wall that I can sit one near my fire pit and creek. It makes a perfect spot to take a rest in the shade. Maybe someone in your area would like to do the same with the old silo staves.
I love the new motivation You all have for getting so many things cleaned up. For sure it will help through the fall and winter months. It is really amazing seeing the transformation of the main farm, I can't wait to see how much smoother and easier the upcoming harvest season should be with all of the work you all have put in this year. Thanks as always for bringing us along on these journeys.......God Bless all of the Cornstars, and God Speed to the Fast approaching Harvest 2023 !!!

First off, there is an old gas pump I have seen in this and other videos. I wish you would take it down and refurbish it. I love seeing the old pumps like that, and they can be very valuable. You should put it inside somewhere protected from the weather. Secondly when are we going to see more work on the house. I started watching you when you first started this channel, and when you started in the house, I couldn't wait to see the house finished. You have been working on it a long time, and I would love to see you finish it or at least do more on it. Great job cleaning up. You guys are hard workers and do very good work with just about everything.
Y’all work so hard and it never ends!! Everything is looking great! Take care!
Thanks, GOD BLESS 😀
Hands down nicest family on any social media .
I really admire your work ethic. The transformation of the farm has been amazing. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to harvest videos.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Clean up videos!!!!!! Great job, everyone! Blessings!
Cole , your unstoppable. Keep going . 👍🏻🙏🏻🌽
You are making a difference. Must be very satisfying. Good luck w/ your Spanish. Thank you for sharing.
Good work Cole and Cooper, love watching you guys clean up the farm and organize the farm. Keep up the good work and greatings from Sweden :)
Thanks for another energetic expose of Iowa farm life! An idea on how to mark broken tools: get brightly colored zip-ties to put on tools that need to be junked, then find a bin to throw them into during the year. You'll probably need a bin for each location.
Love the family team work.
That seems to be a very productive episode and I think you did a good job with the ending. Hope you guys have a good harvest this year!
Always fun to watch you clean up stuff
Great job! Thank you for sharing! Love your channel ! God bless your!
Great work guys . It’s all looking nice and clean.❤
Another amazing clean up! You guys just get to it and the next thing ya know, you've got another building cleaned out and ready for a useful purpose.
You always inspire me to improve my house and yard! Thanks Cole!
Goodness - so much work, so many pieces of very large equipment, so many things to know!
I love how hard y'all work !
Seems like a model 41 Glyphosate mower with a 2-4-D attachment would give you Liberty from the weeds.
All the hard work you guys do in a day!!!! amazing....
Looks good around there. Clean & tidy is always good.
I was going to ask what Spanish course you are using, then you answered. You are a wonderful example of how to use your time well❤. Consistency and perseverance😮😮 Amazing harmonious family ❤Wonderful testimony ❤
Loving the farm! You guys have come so far the past few year's! Gramps would be proud❤ this winter you guye should fix up the dump truck it defintly needs some love
Love love love seeing you clean and organize...not too many men have it in em! Great job! More! More!
A very productive day. Feels great!😊
Farm is looking much neater. Ready for winter. You and Cooper are a team. Enjoy your dinner.
Nice to see you cleaning your farm I see a lot of farms that more like junk yards 😊
I LOCE seeing you two boys working together! BROVO!!
I cant believe u didn't have a huge auction or multiple auctions. I completed a similar clean up, just at a much smaller scale (10%), it was from my dads hoarding, but the auction is how i paid for the restoration work. That and the scrap metal.
Great job Guys! ¡Buen trabajo chicos! 😁
Farm is starting to look fantastic
Great day of goal-setting and doing!👍👏
Getting the farm looking good!
I’ve said this many times but your grandpa would be amazed at all you have done with the place, the new equipment you’ve been using, the electronics that really make it possible to farm such a big area. Be proud my friend! Salud!

Clean entertainment. 😃 One day, Edward and his cousins can help keep things mowed and weeded. 👍
Things are looking good getting ready for harvest videos
Great video as always!!!!!!
Cole, I'm glad to hear your learning Spanish. keep it up! I'm proud of you, good job.
Watching you give those water hemp around the shed a fade hair cut was everything!
Thanks for showing how to clean it up.
Hi Cole ! I am a Farmer and KZreadur like you but in France haha Just a comment to say my father is a big fan of you He watches all your videos, He doesn't speak or understand english but he has a lot of fun following you and how work is done in the US Continue !
Glad to see the farm’s organization is getting in shape Cole!! ♥️♥️♥️ I can’t get enough time lapse episodes!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Awesome always cool stuff always thanks 😎
It’s so satisfying watching the sped up parts of the video of you during the cleanup. It soothes the OCD in me. LOL
Great progress!
Yay it’s Cole The Corn Star!
Cole - that old gas pump in the scrap pile is a real fine. If the glass is still there - couldn’t tell, it was probably something your granddad used. Blessings
Can't wait for the old silos coming down, should be a good video.
RM43 total vegetation control & some 2-4D has been pretty effective for me this year with keeping the water hemp controlled along fence lines and around buildings.
People don't forget to smash the like button for support. Thank you😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hi. Great job guys . The farm looks awesome. Happy Harvest . Take care. Deborah 🇨🇦. 🌽🚜
So satisfying.
Ohhh WoW What a feeling 🎉
Cole you need to watch your footage back from when Cooper was cleaning the front of that Run-down building. He tore the door right off of it with the skid loader! Not sure if it was on purpose!
My favorite OCD channel! You go!

You all been cleaning the old farm up looking really good. Just need to get the ladder walkway fixed on the silo so daddy cornstar will be safe this year
Hello Cole, awesome video..
HIGHLIFT makes a rebuild kit for those jacks cheap, well worth the investment. I've rebuilt mine twice
Great video thanks for sharing I would spray all around the buildings get one of those tank sprayers for a four wheeler
We call that weed waker a sling blade. My brother's hated it.😊
You're a good cleanup guy, Cole. Bur work smarter, not harder.
Nice work fellas
your high school Spanish teacher would be proud of you😊 ... and I've got to say, you striving for organization may be hard work up front but so helpful down the line.
