Quick and easy treats for the whole family with no added sugar, dates, or baked goods! melts in your mouth!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Dates 200 g. rinse and soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
Roasted peanuts 100 g. grind.
Set aside 2 tablespoons for decoration.
Sunflower seeds 150 g fried.
Grind in a blender.
Remove bones from dates.
Grind in a blender.
Mix.
form balls.
Roll in chopped nut.
Make an indentation.
Put dried cherries (or cranberries) in each candy.
Place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
White chocolate without sugar 80 g.
Melt in the microwave for 3 minutes while defrosting.
Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Melt some dark chocolate.
decorate.
Place in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Algerian cookies are always famous everywhere. If your grand ma is a descent of ottoman empire than her family learned certainly from the great Algerian pastry art. But we don't put in them , pumpkin seeds , we use either walnuts, almonds or peanuts and trust me we have them for more than 100 years in Algeria.znd a lot are making them now all over the world.
