Hello friends!
Halve 3 chicken fillets.
Cover with cling film and beat.

Grate 1 carrot.

Fry onions in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, add carrots and mushrooms.

1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 clove of garlic, 5 tablespoons of water, salt, black pepper, paprika, a mixture of Italian herbs.
